I was in the Oakville location this morning. I was there to get items for the office I work for. No one greeted me when I walked in to the store. While looking for items there was no one to ask for help. Then once I had found the items I was looking for I went to the check out where an EXTREMELY rude employee was checking a man out with 2 balloons. He was very nice and respectful. He wished the woman a great day and she did not respond. It was now my turn to check out. She was not inviting what so ever. She bagged my items and when I handed her my money, she looked at me and said "what am i suppose to do with that". Since I was not quite sure where she was going with this I returned the favor with a puzzled look on my face. She looked at me and said " i know you have something smaller then that". I informed her that I did not and this was all I had. She proceeded to tell me that she was not able to break that large of a bill, and that I could walk down to Schnucks and go to their courtesy counter to get smaller bills. With that I told her there was no reason to come back into this store if i was going to have to go to a different one to get change. So with that I left and she called for a manager to cancel my transaction. This all this being said, I understand not all places are able to break large bills this early in the morning. I did not receive a single apology or alternative to my options. She was beyond rude and extremely disrespectful. I will not return to this store and hope you are able to fix this problem for future customers.

I tried to place an order for online exclusive item, however their website is extremely glitchy so I was not able to do that. When I tried to pay with paypal I got an error message that shipping address is incorrect even though delivery to the store was chosen. After several unsuccessful attempts I decided to pay with a card, every time I hit “place an order” button I got another error that cvv code is missing despite that I provided it, so I gave up and decided not to buy anything from this company.

Store 2054 Kansas City MO...450 NE Barry Road. Went into store 5 minutes after they opened. 9/22/2019. Store such a wreck I could not walk down aisles without stepping on product cashiers look like they are homeless with ripped dirty clothing and one cashier had headphones in and look like had not taken a shower in a week cannot move through the isles because of so much stuff all over the floor and in boxes it’s totally disgusting shelves not even half full

The sales clerk failed to bag all my items. I sent my husband back to pick them up and the clerk had already put back on shelf within the hour! I went in the next day and the manager rudely told me what I should have done and my husband should have done. No apology. Store policy no refunds and I no longer need items so I'm out the money. The manager did show me a large table of items customers had "left". It would seem that the store needs better training for clerks to make sure all merchandise is bagged and handed to customers. Sólo quiero compartir una mala experiencia que estuve en esta tienda 4890 la mánager cuyo nombre no me lo sé me dio un trato bastante poco profesional y salí muy disgustada de allí .No vuelvo a comprar allí es una lastima porque queda a unos pasos de mi casa pero su comportamiento fue poco profesional.Gracias.

The dollar tree store on 15 mile, 2037 15 mile rd. The employees are rude and lazy. One women, her name is Berita shes not only rude and snotty to the customers but she treats her coworkers like crap. I love dollar tree but not this store.

Warning! DO NOT BUY ONLINE and then want a REFUND! The merchandise arrived days after I was suppose to receive it, and I no longer needed it after the fact. I made 2 inquires trying to get a delivery status. To be told the date provided at the time of purchase was an estimate. However, it doesn't show in the order as an estimated date, hence I thought it was a definitive date, otherwise I would not hv placed the order. When I tried to return the merchandise I was told I could not get a refund nor a store credit. If that's the case they need to put in BOLD LETTERS ON THE SITE A NO RETURN POLICY. This Bad review would not have been written. I'm pisse and will never no matter what Shop at another Dollartree and I will tell everyone I know about your bad policy and lack luster customer support. Uuuggg hate Dollartree!!!!!!

You're stupid for changing your core business model! "EVERYTHING'S A DOLLAR". Now you're just like everyone else except you've caused confusion and stress for your stand-alone client's. Now you have to 'EXAMINE' everything you buy. IF someone wanted larger quantities they could just buy 2 or 3 of something! WELCOME TO THE COMPETITION CATEGORY - WALMART - DOLLAR GENERAL - FAMILY DOLLAR - EVEN TARGET - DON'T YOU THINK THERE WERE ENOUGH OF THOSE STORES?! And that's just mentioning the 4 stores of that type that are within half a mile of my house, not knowing other stores names of the same category. I and many others would drive a hand full of miles to go to Dollar Tree, that was in it's own category, but not now! Why would I have to?
