Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

I live in Cheyenne Wyoming we have 2 stores . The one on 3725 East Lincolnway is an absolutely mess. There is little to nothing on the shelves we have to dig threw boxes all the time to find anything. The entire holiday side is boxes stacked up on the shelves. You can not get threw half the store due to boxes on the floor. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

This company needs to pay their employees more money and give them more than a 4 hour shift which barely pays for gas. Because of the way you treat your employees you will never be able to keep anyone decent. No employees means empty shelves an you are losing money!

My fiance and visit our local tree daily sometimes we visit several timea a day because I am ver absent minded at times! Today we went in the store and granted it seems unusual for a man to carry a man bag but in this day in time men do carry those! They calles the police on him because he refused to leave it at the counter... He has his wallet and a buisness planner in there because we run a non profit and buying some of products for up comming even is cheaper there! Now i would have no objection had theybasked me or several other women that were in the store to leave our purses up front seeing that our purses are 3x the sixe of his small man bag... So disappointed in our Dollar Tree staff....

Went into the Dollar tree store in Clifton Plaza in Clifton,NJ and was surprised and discussed with the stores appearance and how unsanitary it appeared to be. All the shelves looked like a storm came passing by and boxes of product just sitting on carts front windows look like they have never seen glass cleaner and also look like their being used for storage and how all the products where just everywhere and very unorganized. I went to pay for an item and a female cashier was much more interested in her cellphone than the customer. Floors look like they have never seen a broom or mop in ages...I was very disappointed to see the condition of this store in an area of high traffic for customers and how poor quality time is spent on giving customers the respect they deserve when they visit the store even if its for an item of a $1.00 value. Employees are careless and rude and don't really care and look like their only their for a paycheck. If anyone from corporate reads this review please be aware that your Mission Statement for this Store is not even being observed and honored as it should be.

Ordered a product online to be shipped to my local store. Received the email that my product was shipped and ready for pickup at the store. Arrived at the store and store manager tells me he doesn't have my shipment. He agrees that it should be at his store but he doesn't know if it arrived or not since they don't take actual inventory of all shipments received. Called customer service only to be told they can't do anything other than reship to the store (7-10 business day wait) or cancel and refund. I told them this wasn't acceptable as I needed this now for a big party. She and her manager pretty much told me too bad. Take or leave it. If I wanted to expedite the reship I would have to cancel the order and reorder and pay the extra shipping charges. Really? You already inconvenienced me by losing my order now you want to blame me and make me pay extra for your incompetence and rudeness. And to top it off, I received an email from them today reminding me that I had an order to pick up at my Dollar Store. (Yet, no order exists!) No Thanks! I will be letting everyone I know about the bad service I received from Dollar Tree. I'm still waiting for my refund BTW.

I was in the store in Springdale Arkansa and was very upset by the way the manager in duty treated the cashier. The cashier had asked for change and the female manager came out with the change and stood there telling the cashier to scan faster that she was on her break. Then before the transaction could be completed the manager was huffing and puffing and the roll of quarters was rolling on the floor. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! She should not be in management.

Dollar Tree has one of the worst websites ever! Locks up every time and I never get to a product page. Multi million dollar company with terrible web in 2019 is just sad.

The dollar tree on 192 in St cloud FL next to tractor supply is awful! The manager never seems to work and I heard cussing one day and a cashier told me it was the manager. He is rude and horrible at customer service
