I usually go to the Dollar Tree store#6515 in Eaton Ohio ,is quicker to drop by that one ,than the one in Richmond Indiana because I work in Eaton .It seems like the past 2 to 3 weeks or so ,They have a Lotta new people , I just stand here and talk and ignore the customers and there’s like three of them trying to open one little box when I should be all around the store and he still put the stuff up .That don’t wanna work, they just walk around don’t do anything ,don’t help the customers ,place is filthy ,boxes sitting everywhere unpackaged things shoved in the shelf just sitting there ,the toy aisle is a mess ,& the kids book section is a mess, can’t even tell what that got, there just stuff in there this way and that.the decoration aisle is a mess and some of the food items or just thrown around the store loaf of bread stuck over by the toys and the card section and a Pepsi sitting on top of one of the Isles that belong to employee.,very disappointed in the store it used to be my favorite .I will make the extra drive to Richmond Indiana or Greenville Ohio .

I ordered a case (24) of purple champagne glasses online for my tiny backyard Covid wedding. My sister went to pick them up in July at the store, and 1 glass was broken. They didn’t have one to replace it and said that they couldn’t do returns due to Covid. The manager told my sister to take the unbroken glasses and that they would refund me the whole amount. I never received the refund, so last week (end of September) I called the online customer service number. After a 41 minute call, I was assured that I would receive a refund and would get a confirmation email. I received neither the email nor the refund. I called a again this week and the agent called the store and told me that the manager said that she would only refund the 1 broken glass. I was on the phone for combined time of 51 minutes to receive $1. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, but give me a break! Don’t tell me I have a $25 refund coming and then when I don’t receive it and call back tell me that I can only get a $1 refund. I will not be ordering from Dollartree.com again! It seemed convenient, especially during Covid, but it was definitely not worth it!!!!

I visited the local Dollar Tree #7217 in Corbin, KY, which is the one I always go to. Upon reaching the register, there was a cashier standing in the one next to me. She told me I had to go to the other one. So, I happily obliged. I get to the next one and stand there for over 5 minutes. As the employees were all gathered in the office and chatting. One would randomly yell out the door that someone would be out in a minute. Yet the entire store was full of people and I had been in line for a while. Once an associate had reached the register, they scanned my 4 items and proceeded to scan other items on the belt even though I was standing there telling her that they were not mine. They belonged to an elderly person who had been standing there the same amount of time I had been and walked away for a minute to grab something else. The cashier never thanked me for coming in and just threw my receipt on the counter. It was terrible! Not sure I'd go back. I'll be looking at other options.

Why are your stores in Harlem, NY so nasty and filthy? I went to your website to put in a complaint. You have no contact information. Although, you have a bogus contact link, it doesn't allow me to contact your company. Why are so many shelves empty? The elevator was so disgusting, I didn't want to get in it. There's dirty white powder all around it as if they were trying to exterminate roaches. The store entrance is in desperate need of paint. It's not a reflection of your store images online. Maybe your stores in upscale locations look like those images online. Why is that? All locations are paying the same price for the merchandise...[$1]!!! Please fix up the stores in your low income locations. The staff is very pleasant but the stores are filthy.

This review is for the Dollar Tree on 436 in SUITE 1145 In in Altamonte Springs Florida. They need to get more intelligent people running , and working in this store. I have seen everything from people WORKING with their pants half down their underwears, to them sweeping out the front carpet while People are trying to walk in-and-out of the store and you can see the dust flying up in the air.. This is disgusting especially with the coV virus. We don't need the dust flying up in our faces! I refuse to shop in a store like this.people are walking in- And out in the middle of this dust ALL going up in the air. I see no one checking how many people are going in-and-out of the store so it's obvious they don't care that it's totally overcrowded also on a Friday evening. So there is no concern for their workers, or for the customers and that's really not good.

Today I went into the Dollar Tree 6651 20 in Glen Burnie, Maryland to purchase some necessary items for my family. The manager, Eric, was highly unprofessional, using profanity towards myself and other customers. He stated that we were 'doing nothing' if we didn't have the exact mask face he had on and that we 'might be contaminating his store'. He further went on to say in front of the entire store and his employees that he was 'tired of this s**t' and tired of having 'to deal with small minds' as he questioned whether we could read. A gentleman came into the store with a face shield, some which are FDA approved. Eric yelled at the customer and told him he could not be in the store 'with whatever that was' he had on his face and 'couldn't he read the sign on the door'. This unprofessional behavior is condescending, rude and very insensitive. When I inquired as to why other stores were allowing face coverings but not face masks as there was a wait time for them, Eric responded that they weren't following corporate direction and he 'didn't have time for this s**t, read!' I had a face covering as outlined by the Governor's Order #20-04-15-01. He pointed me out to the entire store and said I was 'doing nothing and don't come back unless I had a mask just like his''. Note: at no time did myself or any other customer be rude, loud, or condescending but Eric did not like to be questioned and responded with aggression. As there are other stores in my area, I will not be returning to this store and no longer support it. As a supporting, paying customer of over 10 years I will go where my business and money is appreciated and respected. Eric is a disgraceful representation of (Dollar Tree) management.

I was recently shopping at the dollar tree in Mount Pleasant Iowa. I've shopped there many times before and always had a good experience. Well the other day the store manager and the District manager were publicly berating a sales associate in the office but it was so loud customers could hear. They made that poor girl cry. Afterwards the two managers walked outside together to smoke . They were both smiling and laughing.

I was purchasing for my company and learned that I am required to make copies of my tax exempt card for the store in order to take advantage of my privilege. Gwendolyn was embarrassing and loud. she called the manager, Mike and he was rude, telling me if I didn't like it I can leave. I did and will not return. This was in Ocala on Hwy 27 (4361 NW Blitchton Rd).
