I ordered something that was incorrect. Now I read the fine print and it states all sales are final. Who does that these days? Most all companies will allow you to return and replace or accept a credit but not Dollar Tree. I will never order from them again or shop at their stores.

Ridiculous store. In 20 years I've gone in once, this past weekend 2nd time in purchased $30 in gift bags. Went to wrap gifts, opened bags they are all so small, 3 inches wide. Tried taking them back for a refund and was told I could not refund for money only an even exchange. Absolutely ridiculous! Told store I've only been in the store twice in 20 years I don't want even exchange I don't shop here. You think the staff management would have helped a customer out. Just simple told NO. St. Clair Shores MI location. Dollar Tree Stores are worst, will never step foot in one again. Will spread my experience with all family and friends.

Mi experiencia en dollar tree de Anaheim state college y palma es muy malo deberían de cambiar de supervisora ya que no deja entrar más de media hora a personas con niños anda gritando en la bocina a los niños y alas personas que no toquen nada si no lo van a comprar yo vivo cerca y siempre voy pero ya me cansé de escucharla ya que yo tengo niños y yo no recomendaría para nada urge cambiarla todas las personas salen muy enojadas hablando de ella y eso no es bueno yo no regreso más allí hasta que esté nuevos supervisores ojalá agan caso a las quejas

My husband went to the Dollar Tree here in Orange Texas to return some items that did not work and the Manager Melissa was rude to him screaming at him about the items saying she hadn't had those in awhile,well we bought them there 2 weeks ago and just opened them last night,so anyway she continued to raise her voice being very rude to him.We spend our money there so last time I checked we can return anything we want to return, well my husband isn't the first customer she has done this to. I want something done about this rude so called Manager Melissa at the Dollar Tree here in Orange Texas.Melissa you and I are going to have a talk about you being rude to my husband when we buy things there and spend a lot of money there too,well you just lost our business there and I will inform others about your rude self Sissy.

Don’t ever buy anything online they take your money as soon as you place the order. Send you a email stating the order was canceled then Nvr refund the money. Then when you call to find out why they tell you that you should contact your bank to have them release the money. This is such a shame. You don’t get the product or your money.

Incompetent customer service, the management is even 10x worse. Will not go out of their way to do anything for a customer. Spoke with three different supervisors over a month period. Very LONG hold time each time. They couldn't give me a free $5.00 shipping even though it was their fault to begin with. They kept telling me that the system would not let them give free shipping. What kind of consumer problem is that? They are pure JOKE! Management is a JOKE!

The dollar tree on 1823 S Sherwood Forest Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70816 has gone down really bad. I been long time customer and always had wonderful experiences. Lately there is only one cashier all of the time and wait times can be up to 20 minutes. This has made me not want to come anymore and switch to other companies Please dollar tree fix this or i won't come back Thanks, Russell

I was in the Georgetown Kentucky Dollar Tree tonight and was treated rudely by Kelly the “manager” and Selena at checkout. Kelly actually shouted and argued with me. Terrible management, and employees obviously feel free to follow their example.
