Don’t try to order at dollartree.com then cancel it later. It will be impossible for you to do that. Customer service does not want to help you in anyway possible. Hard to contact them and by phone or email. On the phone they’ll say line is dropping even you call hundred times

Dollar store belleview fla dirty stuff all in the way no carts and the woman in front told me go get a bucket in the back cause they didn't have any to carry and I use a cane there stuff in the middle of the asise and she had another woman who work there using the cart and after 5 pepole got in line she said out do u want me to help I don't want to but I guess I will short woman

Dollar tree,.. Glad it's not called Family tree, cuz then I'd really look into getting emancipated, Unfortunately this experience was not at all what I anticipated, The prices are good, But don't jump the gun and get this misunderstood, Some items have good quality Some don't,.. In terms of customer service, would i shop there again? I probably won't, Would I recommend the store? Let's just say that out of a hundred I'd give it a four, So it's up to y'all to head out the door, As for me? I'd continue with Dollar Tree no more! Landscapers needed for removal of 🌲 tree, Not basic trimming, removed completely!

If I could give them a negative star I most certainly would. I placed an online order on 12-30-2020 for $120.00 worth of stuff for our homeless ministry. On 1-13-2020 I received an email saying our order was ready for pick up, I go to the store only to find out that only $24.00 worth of supplies had came in, they would not let me take the items because it was a partial order, so they were suppose to ship the remaining supplies on 1-15-2020 they drafted my bank account for the $120.00 so I waited to hear from them, but then when I had not received a call from the store by 2-3-2020 I went to see if the remain items had came in when we got to the store they told us there were no items for us at all. Then they said our order was shipping to a store in St Johns County so I called over there and they said they had part of our order but they could not give it to us because the manager had put a note on it saying he was the only one who could give us our order. I was so aggravated I called customer service again and told them to just cancel the order and refund us our money. They said they would refund our money in 3-5 days. On February 12 I check our account they only refunded us $48.00 they still owed us $72.00 so I called them to find out where the rest of our money was at only to be told they had shipped the remaining order out to the store, I explained that I didn't ask them to ship the remaining items I asked for a full refund, after arguing with the CSR for 10 minutes I was finally told they would refund the additional $72.00 they owed us, I just checked my account again and they only issued $48.00 back to our account they still owe us $24.00, but I am just so DONE with the DOLLARTREE I do hope they don't treat all their online customers like this. I would not recommend online shopping with them to anyone.

Just bought from Brooklyn Mcdonald Ave and the cashier is a cheat. We took all the plastic bags beside cashier . Since there are a lot of bags we even look back to check . But when we arrive home , one bag containing snacks and noodles is not there. We were standing near cashier arranging our bags and if he is honest , he can call us as there was no one behind us. I understand cheap store has cheap service and I don’t mind that but this case is about Honesty. What kind of people they employ there?? Oh I called the store but no answer !!!!

Worst costumer service experience.. I order online and order came short. Instead of replacing missing items which was their packing mistake, Costumer Service operator ( who hanged the phone on me) requested that I go to a Dollar Tree store to verify that my order came short. Who is the manager that believes that making an online costumer come to the store is best practice for online business?. The reason why costumers buy online is to avoid going to a store...

3808 Calgary trail location is horrible never organized boxes all over the floor very rude and unpleasant employees the manger is very rude and stuck up really dirty location this location needs to be shut down asap

Have shopped dollar trees for years from new Orleans to south ga. Cairo dollar tree just opened their new store and all the customer service got left at the old storefront in to grab a few things got 2 check out there was 4 customers in front on me with veggies full and 3 more customers walked up behind me I stood there 4 10 min and still had 2 in front of me other employees walking around wouldn't help check out people I might as well go back 2 dollar General they're closer to where I live.
