Horrible horrible customer service from the store manager Eric. He treated me like crap cause he cashier said they had to go to the restroom cause he was sick. I said he shouldn’t be here if he was sick. He then started to yell at me saying it was none of my business. And he said to me I will not comment on his employees or him he will kick me out if HIS store. He threw my bags off to the side. He goes there!!!! I have worked in customer service over 25 years. Never are you to treat a customer like he treated me. I told him I was going to complain about him and he says very loudly ‘ Go for it!’ Very disappointed how I was treated. I shopped at this store 4 to 5 days a week. I will NOT shop at this Dollar Tree again!!!!!! He needs to be fired no doubt!!!!!

I needed to order items for sensory bins in my classroom. Students are not allowed to share items during Covid. I ordered 3 things to be shipped to my home. Squishy toys, coloring books and plastic playdoh toys. The next day I receive an email that the squishy toys are out of stock and cancelled. No big deal. A few days later I receive a box of twenty four 4 packs of glass tea lite candle holders. I call customer service and tell them that I think I have received someone else's order. It takes me 3 tries to make the guy at customer service understand that I didn't get the items that I ordered but received the candle holders that I did not order. He informs me to wait until my items come in then bring the candle holders back to the store for a refund. Wait, it gets better. I drive an hour round trip to the store. A woman is standing out in front of the store. No name tag/shirt etc. She sees me lugging the box in (it's a little heavy) an asks, " Are you returning those?" Ummm, yes (who are you?). We haven't even made it into the store and she's already giving me attitude. "You can't do that." I explain that I spoke to customer service and that's what they told me to do. "Well, you already paid for them so I can't give you a credit." So what should I do? "Well, I guess you can can just buy that many items and we'll give you an exchange." I'm still smiling and trying to be nice at this point. Fine, I think I'll just eat the large shipping charges at this point. I follow her in and ask if I should just set the box on the register that is empty. More attitude, like it is a huge problem for her. So am I supposed to lug this box around while I shop? I gave up and left. Bottom line is. I just spent $67.65 for 24 coloring books I did want and tea lite candle holders that I have no use for. It was my first online buying experience with them and it will most certainly be my last.

I was a little disappointed it's not totally the stores fault but customers make a mess they do not care how they treat the place it just looked horrible today the carpets need a good cleaning the shelves were a mess today it wasn't the first time the aisle some.I couldn't get down in my wheelchair I don't like leaving reviews but I was shocked

Storm lake Iowa has a new dollar tree! However this dollar tree is the dirtiness, least organized, & unfriendly store I have ever been too! First the entry & floors are very dirty! The bathroom is very gross! Poop in the floor & disgusting! There are products all over the floor! There shelves were not stocked! The staff were unfriendly & did not pay attention to the customer!?

I went to the Dollar Tree in Port Clinton, Ohio. I usually have no problems. Before I leave a store I usually always check my receipt. Well this day I was in a hurry and didn't check it. I get home, look at my receipt and see that the cashier named Annie had charged me 3 times for a canned good I had purchased. I only got 1. I called right away and she answered the phone. I explained what had happened. She acted like she couldn't have done that or anything wrong. She said to count my items. She said if she had she would have taken them off while scanning. I was so taken aback with her attitude. I then gathered all of my purchased items and went right back up there. I spoke to a very nice girl and I explained everything. She was very kind about it and refunded my $2.00. I don't know if she was a manager or not. No questions asked and the problem was taken care of. I saw Annie in there but I wasn't going to mess with her and her attitude. I was already irritated with her.

I visited Dollar tree today in Woodstock ga off of bells ferry rd. The cashier was not friendly at all during the check out process. I didn't catch his name.. Young Caucasian male, I think he had a tattoo... Anyway, I asked about returning some picture frames that i didn't get a receipt for and he said we do exchanges with receipt. I asked can you look ( before I could say my credit card information he cut me off and said nope need original receipt) Even if not opened. I called 3 other stores and asked the samething just to see, they all said the samething ( As long as it wasn't open i could do an in store exchange) Why is it the Woodstock store say something different from 3 other stores... Did I look like a suspicious Black woman in a store I've been shopping at for years, and mind you have exchanged before having my receipt and no one asked for it, because everything is a freaking $1. . Dollar tree please speak to your people about customer service. I would hate to think I was racially profiled

I went to the location in North Brunswick NJ yesterday to get flowers and I see you are selling BOLLS OF COTTON on sticks! I don’t care what people are decorating their homes with or would find a need for them. This is racially and morally offensive to ALL African Americans!! Like I said in my FB Messenger message to you,after all the contributions that we have made to this country after being forced to come here to pick this crap offensive. We picked cotton and STILL we helped contribute to this country and invented to help mankind. I posted a picture on FB.

The store is always always a mess. There’s never any room to move around and shelf’s are empty. General manager don’t know how to get it done.
