I was very disturbed at the way your supervisor behavior at your#7394 store. The cashier was trying to cancel some items for a customer, when Wendy comes over and started reprimanding him, a black cashier. She should have taken over the cashier since he was having trouble. Instead she yell and put him down like he was a child she was scolding!! On top of that it was about 25 customers some in two lines and some just staring and listening of the way he was being discipline!! Wendy was very unprofessional and incapable of doing what her job demands..I am furious and enraged of watching this type of action!! It's not the first time Wendy has been unprofessional. Very displeased of your employees reception idea of discipline.. There were no apologies to the customers or employees. I think one employee patted her on her back. DISGUSTING!!!

I visited store #3104 on September 17 at exactly 16:40 and must I say how UNPROFESSIONAL the members to this store are. At check out I was taken care of by Malaysia, first let me state how loud these ladies we're. There we're 3 registers opened at the moment and they we're all talking like if there we're at a get together, not to mention the topic of conversation which was not appropriate for a working environment. It's understandable that we must appreciate all of our essential workers at a time like this, but seriously... what type of UNPROFESSIONAL workers is this company hiring? It's embarrassing how this store in specific went down hill in the past year and a half. I remember loving to go shopping at this store knowing I will be taken care of with respect and professionalism. Kyle (which was the manager at the time) was such a great and caring manager, always willing to help and make sure his customers left with a smile on their faces. This place has gone down hill and very fast. The store was dirty,unorganized and such a mess. They need to seriously reconsider hiring better workers. Just loud,obnoxious and unprofessional.

Dollar Tree on Ridge Rd in Port Rchey FL I liked the store and merch. I was pretty happy till I hit the long checkout line(s). The elderly woman running the register was confused and sloooooowwww. The guy in front of me had 2 items and it took her 15min of ditzing and talking out loud to it to finally ring him through. Instead of waiting on me (next in line with at least 6 ppl behind me), she flags a woman over from across the room near the entrance and begins to check her through ahead of everyone else. Myself and several other people protested but "senoritis" rang the woman through first despite our complaints. The woman left quickly with a big "gotcha" smirk on her face and a tacky comment. Turns out the entitled line jumper was the owner of Super China the family run restaurant next door. Hope those few mins saved were worth losing customers for both businesses. This isnt the first time Super China has "cut in front" of their customers with nasty entitled behavior There are plenty of restaurants around. Plenty of Dollar Stores too.

We shop at Bluffton SC. Dollar Tree regularly. It is in shambles this morning. Trash and merchandise on the floor. Piles of unopened boxes of merchandise everywhere. Empty shelves everywhere. spilled soda has not been cleaned up. 2 employees I have never seen standing around, 1 girl that has been there a while was at the register working. This store is a mess! I have pics!

This locations is nearest my home so I have visited a number of times. Pros: It is clean, organized and very well stocked. Also good lighting and decent hours of operation. Store #5697 Cons: Which is why this is not given 5 or even 4 stars. Customer service here is bad. I never get greeted when I walk in and the employees are rude. Linda even went out of her way to ignore me while checking out. I understand that it is next door to the DMV, so some people are probably in a bad mood. Still everyone should be greeted the same.

Was in the Dollar Tree on Courthouse Road in Gulfport. There were boxes of glassware on the floor in the isles, broken glass on the shelves, empty shelves and end caps. Employees did not have name tags. The refrigerator section was bare. There was trash on the floor and when I got to the register, I had to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation with another employee before she decided to check us out after waiting for 1 minute too long, very unprofessional.

The DollarTree up the road from me never has the seasonal decorations out like all the other stores in the city. I have to hunt from store to store to get the items I’m looking for for a craft project that your website shows. I see all kinds of cute stuff posted all made with DollarTree items & I can’t find half the items so I can do the project. Very disappointed in Roanoke Virginia.

My son applied at the Dollar tree online. When he went to let them know that he put his application in the manager that was there told him that they was full so we walked around the store a little bit. So another person walked up to her and said the same thing he said she told that person let’s go in the office and let do a interview and that person got hired. Do dollar tree not like black peoples?
