being assistant manager at this store, 00773, has been up & down, but mostly down. even coming in as a customer is just sad to see. the manager sits in office all shifts, does no delgating or management, is allowing dollar tree to lose hundreds of dollars everyday by not stocking himself, or giving proper directions to stockers on filling empty shelves that are very large right now & that are products that are sold frequently. he does zero as manager. then there assistant manager amanda, he thinks she knows policies & what the store or customers want or need. well, not, she does not listen to others, does not follow policies or stocking guides, or listens to what really needs done. what she does all day long is rearrange shelves that are not right which wastes time productivity that should be used to get stuff out to be sold to make money. what a waste and all she does everyday is call the area supervisor & waste his time complaining about nothing, just as a former asm did. this store has gone so far down hill no one wants to work there, the employees now there see how bad it is so they do little or nothing or whatever they want because that is how management is. Wow. the customers i spoke with wish i was around to help. they stop coming because the store is empty or the employees are out of there minds, quoted. customers complain everyday how corporate will not put more than one cashier on so the lines get so large they leave, they go somewhere else. there is too much going on that i see no one to help out, no one. putting bandaides on is not helping. it is getting bad, but sad. the two mnanagers mentioned, need to go!!!!!

I ordered products to be picked up in store, and they didn’t arrived on the date I was given & still haven’t arrived! I called Dollar tree.com & keep getting the run around.

My first time order online, and I decide to canceled my enter order, I called the next day to cancel, the guy said "ok it's all done" so I assuming my order has canceled, but couple days later, all my package came....and I call them again to ask what should I do with it, the lady told me I can return them in the store, so I did, but the manager said they do not do any refund, so what I can do is using all the item they screw me over and still ship me as money to do the exchange. This is really Anger me, is not my fault to order and return, it's their fault to still send me everything due to cancelation, and I still being charge.

I live in Raeford NC. The local store very seldom has a seasonal signs nor a decent variety of new arrivals. So I decided to purchase online. Needless to say despite ordering the minimum required , which was 30 packs of Tumbling Tower Blocks, my order was backed-ordered, and then canceled. What does a person have to do to get products? First off, if I place an order, I should be the one to cancel. You still make the product so my order should be filled when the the product is replenished. Very disappointed 😞.

I emailed Dollar Tree For my W2 Form 2020 with all my information. New address. Employee Id, birthday. Social Security and waited alotted time and I still havent received or get W2 to file. Thier system is not working or human error.

This review is of Dollar Tree at the North Belt Store in Saint Joseph Mo. My complaint is about the rudest most horrible employee that I have ever seen. She might be a manager but whoever she is she gives Dollar Tree a very bad name. I witnessed her yell very loudly and rudely at a woman who appeared to be in her mid 70s to get out of "her store" because the customer dared to complain that another customer was not wearing a mask correctly. The city and store has a mask mandate. After the customer left, the associate made rude comments to me about the customer. I walked to the door about 20 feet away and told her I was never coming back because of the way the employee treated the elderly woman customer. The associate began yelling at me in a very hateful, loud and rude manner. When I told the associate how terrible she was acting and I planned to report her she chased me out of the store and told me she would have the cops come and remove me from the store property.There was no reason for this employee to yell at an elderly woman or me this way. It was very rude and unprofessional.

I shop at the Dollar Tree on 12 Mile near Mound in Warren, MI. I paid for my $8.95 bill with a $20 - i received change for a $10. I explained to the cashier I paid with a $20 she argued said I paid with a $10. I only had 3 $20's dollar bills in my purse. I realize it is only $10 but it is the principle - pretty much calling me a liar. There was a line of people behind me - she said if my register is $10 over i will call you - leave me your number. I did - but of course I never heard back This was last Saturday - the very first register. I am still angry which is why i am writing this review. Bonnie Addis

Still had christmas items for sale marked down. Part was 1/2 off ($0.50). The tins that I was most interested in was ringing up for 1 penny ($0.01). The associate mgr contacted the manager and was told they could not sell those to us. We left all of it. Either you want to sell the merchandise or you don't.!
