I went into Dollar Tree on Rivers Avenue, North Charleston. SC, store #56048 requesting birthday balloons and was told I couldn't get any because they were only doing balloons for Valentine. I stood in line for nearly 15 minutes to be told this. There were no signs indicating otherwise. Customers need to be treated fairly or you'll like business. I was serviced by a cashier name Rhonda. Poor service.

My Oh My, no more "Dollar" Tree. Last week I dropped by to pick up cleaning supplies and saw stickers on a few shelves stating "$1.25". Didn't buy items off the $1.25 shelves, but guess what folks? When I'm rung up ALL the items are $1.25! I felt robbed. Like another angry Dollar Tree EX-shopper, I'll be buying elsewhere. There are a lot of stores from which to choose and they allow returns of items, unlike Dollar Tree.

THE DOLLAR AND A QUARTER TREE IS THE PITS!! IT CONSTANTLY SHOPS FROM ONE STORE WITH NO INVENTORY!! GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND FIND A BETTER WAY!! THERE ARE SHOPS ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND YOU KEEP WASTING OUR MONEY!! INSTACART OR WHATEVER MAKES MONEY; THE SHOPPERS GET TIPS; WE LOSE OUR COUPONS AND THEN HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! THE ONLY (AND I DO MEAN ONLY) GOOD THING IS THE SHOPPERS/DELIVERERS ARE NICE AS THEY CAN BE!! Management at the Belleville, NJ location is a huge joke. There can be a line backed up to Timbuktu, there is usually 1 cashier checking the customers out. I was on line the other day backed into the aisle waiting to check out. One cashier. There were extra employees standing in the front of store laughing, talking, and blowing up balloons. Eventually one them opened a register and yelled, "NEXT!" I am sorry to say it seems some of these employees are hired directly out of the gutter.

It's the holidays and I get they are understaffed. But being open 8 to 4 Is ridiculous. That is working hours for most of us. So how are we supposed to shop. I guess they don't want to stay in business after this year! Very annoyed

Hi I just went to the dollar tree to find out that is no longer a dollar tree I can not believe you raise the price to $1.25 I used to love this store but I am sorry I won't pay more than $1 that was the only reason I was shopping there for so many years and I know that you are going to lose many customers just like me and in the future very soon you will end closing the stores, because the customer were i went today they were complaints about the price and they hardly bought nothing I use to spend $15 to $20 and today I can only spend $3 remember we loose money if you buy $4 items now is $5 plus tax we loose $1 that is not right please go back to $1 they are lots of people that are very poor and that's the most they can afford they can not pay more than $1 thank you .
