They have cute things in stock, but they always have very long lines. And only some of the locations have a public bathroom. There’s also stacks of boxes everywhere, it’s a maze trying to walk around. We went by Easter, there was one cashier, and the line wrapped around and down the aisle. The manager who was there just continued putting out Easter decorations instead of helping to cashier. The cashier charged us wrong and didn’t know how to fix it to give us cash back, so we told her we’d just go grab more stuff.

There are many products and they are cheap, anyway, I love it.

Dollar tree is hit or miss. Many times you get something only to find out after that it is flawed in some crazy way. I once bought a set of measuring cups, and they were sold nested together. When I went to use them, I undid the thing holding them together and attached to the cardboard backing, to find that the plastic was so thin, you could not use the handles because they just bent with the weight of what ever it was you tried to measure. Another time I purchased a set of mini screw drivers, and within minutes of using them i had one with a broken handle, and another that the handle would just turn as the screw driver shaft stayed in place. That being said, there are times I feel like you get a deal. Food products aren't bad. I always seem to be at Dollar Tree when something is going on. Last time I walked in I overheard the local police officer tell the cashier about who ever had caused an issue "Not to worry, they would definitely being going to jail... You can't chase a kid around with a bat." several ceiling tiles were missing in one part of the ceiling. Another time I was stuck between two people who were arguing with one another, because the guy in front of me thought he was someone else.

I am a regular costumer for 20 years .. today I ask one of the employees tracy politely to tell one of the cashier jalen to cover his nose..tracy responded negativity and waited until I got to the register and told the cashier in front of me to cover his nose because I am having an issue.and they make excuse that it's hard to work with mask on..I am a retail cashier worker and I it is not hard to protect other from this covid 19, because I value everyone life and mine.I already lost my mom and a brother fighting for his life...it is very serious for me that when I go to store I do my part to properly mask and protect others. I am so disappointed by their uncaring response of the dollar tree worker especially,tracy and jalen.they are not providing me and others with safe service .I hope that you will make this issue resolve immediately. #3874) 729 W.channel island blvd.port Hueneme ca.93041.

I am appaled to have heard today what I heard about this amazing and great Store Manager at Dollar Tree, in Suffolk Downs, Revere, Mass., #4119. T I have been shopping at this store for 6 years now, and this store was always looking trashy, everything out of place, but in July of 2020, Mr. Danny Oviedo, took over as Store Manager, and he made it look so clean, filled with good merchandise, and got rid of all the issues that the store had. Even some new employees! What a great job Mr.Oviedo has done. I feel so bad for him, that he has gotten stiffed by his Corporate high upper Mgmt., when Mr . Oviedo, has done such a great job at this store! He has put up with employees working over their times, and employees doing things they're not suppose to be doing, and yet for something so small, Adminhstration jumps down his throat! We are grateful to his work, accomplishments for this store, and believe you me, my family and friends will make a stink about this! What a great guy Mr.Oviedo is! God Bless him! As a Revere Firefighter, I am appaled ..If he gets removed from this store, we will stop shopping at this store, as well as my friends and family, and other firefighters. Mr.Oviedo is a good man!

I normally love this store but they have consistently made their products smaller and smaller. The toilet paper is now in smaller packages, the storage boxes are half the size, and other things keep getting smaller. I shop there because I can get good deals on things that I can’t anywhere else. If they keep charging the same price for smaller and smaller products, it will not be worth it to shop there anymore. Might as well just go to Walmart.

At Dollar Tree in Shawnee at 3:45 pm Monday watching people leave and leave and leave. I'm in line with about 25 more people (not exaggerating) with ONE cashier. The manager? On a conference call supposedly. That's more important than customer service? And you wonder why Dollar tree is shutting down so many stores. The one cashier was nice, patient and pleasant.
