Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

March 6, 2023- I visited the Dollar Tree Store at 5600 Georgia Ave. NW., DC. I was shocked to witness a loud vulgar argument between a young female cashier and two older female customers. The cashier was the dominant force, disrespectful & non concerning. Saying she doesn't care about her job and she could get another. This made my shopping experience awful. No other staff including the manager did anything to stop her! I won't return.

Store #8748 1955 Nw 9th Ave. Ft. Lauderdale. The Spanish lady Manager and some employees are very rude. They don't greet you or say have a nice day when you leave. I live walking distance from the store but if I had a car I would go elsewhere. The new cashier was rude Daysha was rude did not say good morning or have a nice day. Real ghetto. These people need serious training including the manager. I hope you all receive the help you need because an attitude like that, your store won't be in business long.

The Dollar Tree in my town sucks. It has sucked for years. I thought it was going to get better when one of the major managers left but it didn't. It's going to suck no matter what's done because of the stupid people who work there up high.

This is the second time in one month I have been charged twice for the same item. I get home and check the receipt and sure enough I have been charged again for one item two times. The lst one I thought maybe was an error, Not too sure about second time (same cashier). When you have 10 or more items in your cart, running the same item thru twice must be an easy thing to do.

the dollar tree isn't worth shopping there anymore everything's a dollar twenty-five cents now I have shopped at some other stores and found some items for less than the dollar tree is selling them they should change the name because it isn't a dollar anymore this is false marketing now

1st of all I was surprised about the Change in price. 2nd you have changed the amount A bleach. It is half the amount it used to be and higher priced. Also mop head Is smaller I am sure there are other items but I did not stay long in that store to find out. There are a lot of items now that I will go to Walmart and get That I used to get there. Sorry but I think In my opinion you Will lose Customers.

Dollar Tree (Illinois) raised the prices which is fine but they also give you less, like the square tins you use to get 3 in a pack and now you get 2 in a pack with the raised prices. I will check out what else they changed. Most of Dollar Tree stuff is not worth it. Many items not on shelf, it is when they feel like stocking up while they are sitting in the back unopened. Hire more help because the manager like to sit in her office and watch, with her one way window where she can see out but we cannot see in. I use to be a manager and when help was needed I was right there.

My husband and or me going into our High Springs FL Dollar Tree 2-3 times every week. The cashier that has been there for the last 1-2 months when we come in needs some training in courtesy. She does not greet customers, does not say thank you and today she walked past me when I was at the register went and started straightening a stack of Christmas gift boxes while she made me wait at the register. Than after she rang up my items she looked at me, I looked back at her and had to ask "how much is it?" She does not say Thank you. Since she has been working everyday we come in I am sure she is tired but she still needs to smile and talk with the customers.
