Dollartree does not care if you have an IBS emergency. I tried to contact customer service no answer, left message, no response, then twitter, same thing. Had IBS emergency and the Apache Junction AZ store was practically empty, I asked the lady clerk franticly to use the bathroom and she said there is no public bathroom for use, even though I've used it in the past, probably over 3 years ago as I rarely left the house during covid. I asked to see her manager, who she paged and a said the same thing and then tells me to go to the Jack in the box about a block away. I told her I couldn't make it, and said again it's an emergency, and tried to open my iPhone, where I store my Crohn's disease card that asks if I can use the bathroom as a medical emergency. No, so cool calm nasty people. I said here's a few dollars, I'm a customer trying to buy something. I will never go in there again until this is rectified.

Dollar tree store #7004 in Capitol Heights MD. was shopping at the store on a saturday. been shopping there for 1 year . i am going about my business shopping a manger walks over to me and said she need to look in my purse.i then told her that i know you not excusing me of taking nothing.she looks all through my purse.with her cellphone flashlight.and she finds nothing.she then walks away and say nothing.and then goes to the counter and pay for my items in the cart.the new manager come over and stand behind the cashier and watches me.i get ready to take my bags out of the cart .she walks over again and said she need to look in my purse.she finds nothing again.and then told her again there is nothing in my purse because i didn't take nothing.she then say okay mam. i then get home and call back over to the store because i am still angry.i told one of the managers on the phone that you all better be careful how you accusing somebody of stealing.because that is a quick way of getting sued.the manager then tells me that some lady in the store said i put something in my purse take it out then put it back on the shelf.so the manager that approached me never once said.that she saw me put something in my purse.take it out then put it back on the shelf.which is a lie and the only thing went back on the shelf was in my cart not my purse.so as soon as i told the manager to be careful about accusing people that you could get sued for that.she tells me i am barred from the store.i am entitled to my opinion.you decide that you don't want some items in the store you put it back on the shelf .and they get paranoid.and just assume you in the store stealing.the manager hangs the phone up on me .because i spoke up for myself.i believe i was profiled in that store on purpose.dollar tree got cameras.in that store.all the proof is right on it.if you so sure that customer's are stealing.let the camera's do the talking.the only time i go into my purse in a store .is when i am on my cellphone talking.or checking the time.which i was talking to my 2 kids on the phone that day.thats the only thing came out of my purse. and went back in my purse.the managers and employees are taught to profile the customers.knowing that everyone is not stealing.much money i spent into that dollar tree they have the nerve to profile me accuse me of theft. that's why the manager couldn't find nothing in my purse.because i was target and profiled in that store.barring me from that store.they just.did me a favor because i would never go back to that store.anyway after the way i was treated.as long as i know i didn't steal anything and God on that throne knows. that's all that matters.and those two manager's will answer to God.they very unprofessional and rude.telling anyone watch out because you will get profiled unfairly.sooner or later.you try to contact corporate district managers.leave messages you get no respond back.its just wrong.

I don't like inexperienced managers/assistant management. Whatever they are called. Who are disrespectful, on the phone who hang up, in the middle of a conversation. Without saying okay bye, the conversation ended. You need to be told to leave. That is on obnoxious and bad behavior.

Dollar Tree Online Shoppers BEWARE! I rarely use this site; but, they had a special on shipping. And, they have the least expensive bulk price for tissue paper (for gifts). VERY long story short, our items didn't arrive. Called Dollar Tree support to advise. Very poor customer service and they refused to refund the money for items we didn't receive. And, the representatives were rude. Wasn't much; but, it was still our money. I know these are tough times; and, most can't afford NOT to shop at Dollar Tree. My goal? Avoid using them if you can. And, DEFINITELY try not to order online. They'll keep your money AND your merchandise. Guess their unscrupulous business practices is how they stay cheap. Proves the old adage, you get what you pay for!

Dollartree in San Juan Capistrano. I go to two dollartree stores(San Juan Capistrano, Capistrano beach) and this happened at one of them(San Juan Capistrano,) This one particular guy seems to ring the items.I didn't buy or overcharge the item. Second time I caught him, I showed my receipt and items in the bag. He called up the other employee and they started arguing to me (instead of explaining to me)that there's nothing wrong. I waited their apology but it never came, saying, "Nobody's perfect." was the closest thing they said. since then I never returned to that store. It's more important to defend their colleague than the customer even if they know they are wrong.

Gone to a dollar tree. I needed to return, I knew I had to buy other items in return of mine that I’m returning. Very nasty employee said. It’s on the receipt no returns!!!! I told her in the receipt it states 30 day returns, no refunds, geez was she a nasty one in Kernersville NC. I told her you don’t know your job!!!! I’ll never go there again. Wow such an attitude,, I never ever returned before so I didn’t know the procedure. I got chipped up immediately from her. Ashame

dollar tree is the worst company i have ever seen , no reply when an issue is reported , staff discriminate paying customer and admin blocked customers email after lying about investigating. Store bans customer for being deaf! "he refused to listen" BAD COMPANY NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE THEM RICH!

The store on Fall River Ave in Seekonk, Mass is disgusting. So much stuff all over the floor ,so much stuff out of place, it looks more like a thrift store. And even cashier doesn't greet the customers, very rude. I've seen neater thrift stores. Won't be going to that location anymore. Needs an overhaul desperately.
