Many cool things an snacks

Staff are nice and helpful. Products are fairly good. Most of the time are stocked up.

I really like the Dollar Tree b/c of the fact that just b/c everyone else was raising their prices to RIDICULOUS amounts, the Dollar Tree stayed true to its customers by keeping their prices reasonable, and the same at $1.25 for as long as they could. That being said, they are starting to raise their prices now, first from a $1.25 to a $1.50 and now $1.75. At least it's by a quarter and not $2-$4 all at once.. but one thing I have to say is, let's be honest, most of the items in there aren't worth anymore than that b/c of their quality. I'm not complaining, b/c it's still low prices compared to the Dollarama which is just out of control! If the Dollar Tree hikes their prices anymore though, I'm afraid I'm just not shopping there anymore b/c it'll start to become not worth it. I think the person who came up with the idea to price everything at $1.25 is a genius b/c a person can go in there n drop $40-bucks EASILY! At the Dollarama on the other hand, a person will contemplate whether they really need the items or not. Just my thoughts.

I am pleased to see the new Manager making HUGE efforts to organize this store. Sadly, the customers are NOT good at returning items to where they took them from. I am also dismayed by the children who eat unpaid for food, leave wrappers or those who remove items from the packaging.

I ordered a carton of 36 plastic containers w/lids on 7/21/23. On 7/27/23 UPS showed there was a label created. I waited and waited with no package delivered. I waited till 8/8/23 and called customer service. They saw that it was never shipped and refunded my money immediately. The guy with customer service was very nice and handled the problem right then. I checked later that afternoon and the money had been refunded. On 8/8/23 I ordered the same carton of storage boxes and on 8/17/23 they got delivered. I took off one star for the first problem, but they made it right on the second order. If a company will fix the problem immediately like DOLLAR TREE did, I do not have a problem forgiving their mistake. Mistakes happen. They made it right!

I love the staff there especially Tanya She is always so helpful and friendly always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to help you in any way as far as her manager I think her name is Suzanne she is very rude and In considerate to Tanya speaks to her very rudely and she doesn't deserve it Tany works very hard every time I'l have been in the store she is working doing something Never standing around or anything she's great as a cashier , cleaner , stocker She will do anything that she needs to be done ESPECIALLY CLEAN THE STORE She can talk and get people through line at the same time as for other employees there (she) they can talk but they can't ring your items at the same time , Tanya keeps me coming back to this store she always makes me laugh and puts a smile on my face no matter what kind of day she is having she never shows it or takes it out on her customers ,She is always greedy the people coming in the store and going out of the store ! I wish we had more cashiers out there like she is She is the best employee at this store as far as I see and I shop this store 2 to 3 times aweek just because of her great out going customer sevice , I hope she never leaves this store because if she does I will find another store to shop at , They will be losing alot of customers if she ever leaves !! she's the only reason I keep coming back to this certain Follar Tree THANK YOU TANYA YOU DESERVE 10 STARS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

I visit Dollar Tree regularly because there’s a location less than three miles away. I didn’t enter a single Dollar Tree until 1999. It just wasn’t a place I shopped or had any interest in patronizing. Man, did I miss out! The ladies who staff the nearby store are always kind and helpful. The store, although cluttered, is easy to navigate. I ALWAYS go for cleaning products and toilet paper first! Then I check the gadgets, plastic products and then I check new dishes and I end up in the kitchen supply area. I could spend the night there! All those ‘things’ hanging from the sky! Now I have bought almost everything on that wall, but there’s always one more thing. Today (Wednesday when I was there) I am looking for new dish towels and there is a plethora of Holiday themed towels, but I see a design that I must have. They are turquoise green with yellow designs. I get four and I head to checkout. When I reach the front of the store, I see a long line of ‘cheap-Christmas-gift-customers’ snaking down one of the aisles. Only one register is staffed and I start to frown. Just as I start to lay my things down, someone pages and like magic the door to the office opens and two young ladies clad in green shirts and jeans sprint to open checkout aisles! My day is saved! I was glad to see those ladies come out, because not many people want to work at a store like Dollar Tree. I wish there were more young people that would bring their youth and vitality to this warm place to come. And what about young guys?!? These little old ladies have to stock this place too! Where are the ‘first teenage job people like existed when I was 16? Well, it IS a new day, I guess, but there’s always a chance that something old can add something new in a way that change comes and tradition continues.
