I was hired of by these people but the original manager wasn't there for weeks who hired me during the whole time people warned or hinted about her abrasive and abusive Behavior and narcissistic methods of making people follow specific rules at convenient times. The manager that was there was attentive and very good with employees but had no knowledge of how the previous manager was running the store. Immediately upon her return she blindsided me with her tactical complaints. She obviously did not like me and was looking to get rid of me right off the bat only a couple days later I was written up for a low box count on a truck day even though there was leniency for the many hours the truck takes to complete not to mention the lack of space in an unorganized mess that they think they can work with. They're dirty The shevles are dirty the back room is a disaster area the break room was inaccessible They blame other workers for problems that others create to fit the narrative or image. Be careful out there

my biggest complaint is this not being able to take your purchases out in a cart, they have these poles on them so you can't take them out the door. I can understand why, several reasons am sure, but us older people cannot carry some of these items out, such as laundry soap, water, etc., and there is no one to take them out to our car. I don't go as often as I would because of this. Also, as to being a crafty person, my two stores don't carry near the things I see made from their merchandise as shown on sites on Facebook. I would think, they would be striving more since 99 cent store closed it doors.

I love shopping at the dollar tree. In most cases, I find exactly what I'm looking for and most times I find additional items. Today was a little bit different. I got to the store like I normally do and did my shopping. I found exactly what I needed and then some. When I got to the register there was a long line and there were no other cashiers available at the time. I stood in line until it was my turn and took my items out of the basket setting them on the conveyor belt in sections. I always separate my food items from my cleaning items. When the lady started to ring me up, she bagged everything all together. There was no separation and when I got to my car I had to re-bag my own things. This isn't usually a big deal, but this has been happening more and more. I just wanted to let somebody at Dollar tree know that this is happening at the Altoona Iowa location.

I use to like the fact that everything was $1. Then $1.25, now $1.50? I still like the store but don't like the price increases.

I shop at the dollar tree in King, N.C. Before they changed managers so much; the store stayed stocked pretty well. Now, sometimes it looks like they have been cleaned out most of the time. I do not think they have enough help most of the time. Other stores are loaded with stock. Hopefully; it will get better

It's Ok generally. Been to a couple in Bradenton, Fl. Not a high end store but the employees do their best. Have to remember it's a dollar store set in old lower rent shopping areas. Will be back, give the employees a raise and a bonus.

Dollar Tree should be renamed $1.25 Store! Now, 99% of items are $1.25 and very many of those items can be purchased at any grocery store for $1.19! So now I don’t have to make a separate trip to the Dollar Tree to get those items. I can just buy them along with my shopping at many stores that sell groceries and gadgets, like Walmart, Lidl, Aldi, Target, etc.

Used to be a five-star company. However, they laid off a lot of their head office employees. In Burnaby, BC, Canada. Since then, the stores have been selling merchandise of lower quality. Store staff have become fewer. Often, there is nobody at the check out.
