Old man winter Juff the manager of the Belvidere rd Waukegan IL is such a miserable person! He's just angry that he's old at a dead end job and he won't be on the planet for long. Now I wouldn't have said any of these things if on August 8th at 500 p.m he told me nastily that I couldn't use the dividers even though their was a lot of people behind me with items! He then snatched the divider from my hand! I come here everyday to spend good money on the dollar tree there. I buy a lot of merchandise there. I spend most of my grocery and toiletry money there! He told me flippantly that I come here everyday! He acts as if black women spending money there is a problem! Doesn't dollar tree want more loyal and paying customers?! He was very irrating and aweful. I don't want to fully give up on Dollar tree but I believe that I have to! Maybe Family dollar or dollar general would be better?! Someone needs to fire him and I say this because he is always rude to women but especially black women. He discourages women and minority women customers from spending their money there.He always has a grinch attitude! He should get fired or forced to quit because his attitude is costing dollar tree thousand of dollars! I have spent hundreds if not thousands there and I won't spend a dime their anymore since hes there disturbing the place!

Sadly I have to write this. Went to the Dollar Tree at 26235 Greenfield in Southfield. Associates Niani did not Greet me at the Register she was on her Cell phone up to her ear the Entire time. I made her Speak She didn't say Have a Good day just gave me my receipt no Nothing still on her phone for the next customer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE:(

Store 10442 The 25% increase the shrinking packages. The actual cost with the 25% is more like $1.37 for each item then let’s speak about the actual products. They are poor knock offs that are packaged so closely to resemble the originals. Items that still had a good sell by date were stale, tasted terrible and some the oil in them were so rancid that they were inedible. Then what can I say about the Customer Service? I called back first I was told there’s no manager then I was told he’d be there later around 5 PM. Then I asked if there was someone else I could speak to like an assistant manager, I was grilled and grilled as to what was the reason and when I pushed back, they hung up on me three times. So this is what we’re supposed to accept 25% increase, poor quality products, food shrinkage,majority of items above 1:25 and poor Customer customer service.

And the cashier told me that she can't sell it to me because there is a law in the handbook called the "COURTNEY CLAW" It is written in pencil just in case she quits they can erase it. I think that is really rude.

I went to the Dollar Tree at 10083 Brook Rd. Glen Allen 23059 today for the first time in over a month and once again, the aisles were blocked and cluttered. My goal was to get THE BASICS like TOILET PAPER on my list. THAT and other problems were too much to navigate. They were out of nearly ALL toilet paper except for the Scott brand that nobody was buying because it had been shrunk to the point of 118 sheets, 1ply only and people weren't willing to buy it. The dollar tree brand I usually buy was nonexistent! I had trouble with the paper towels as well. Pitiful! So, I left the cart in the store and left. I went home and ordered what I needed and wanted on *AMAZON. NONE OF MY *MONEY WILL GO TO DOLLAR TREE ANYMORE.

Dollar Tree 2975 N German Church Rd., Indianapolis, indiana 46229. Merchandise wasn't marked properly and the rude store manager did not stand by the price. Maybe train as to what is meant by "unless the item is marked differently", meaning a price should be visible for the buyer to SEE. If the shelf price says 1.50 and its ringing another price the visible price should be honored. It isn't rocket science a fairly simple concept.
