Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

I would like to give a shout out to the East Alton Illinois Dollar Tree store. The assistant manager Jen and cashier George are the most friendliest and helpful people you would ever want to meet. They always have a friendly hello as soon as you walk through the door and are always on hand to help you find anything that you need. The store is the cleanest most well-stocked and organized store of any Dollar Tree store that I have been in. I actually drive out of my way to go to this store because of the atmosphere and the friendly workers. In my opinion you will never find a better Dollar Tree store than this one. Kudos to the store and you will always have a faithful Patron in me. Good job!

I love Dollar Tree on Fort Apache and Sunset!! The staff is always nice and the Manager Kari is amazing! I come in there at least 2-3 times a week and she is always there with such a good attitude and is always helpful, i feel so bad for her because the store is always so busy and it is only ever just her and one other cashier and she goes back and forth helping cashier and then goes back to cleaning the store so we can have a better experience every time! I come in the morning sometimes when it is slow and they have 6 people working just standing around, They need to have more staff at night, as it is not fair to the customers who have to wait in line forever when it reaches to the end of the aisle or their 2 employees! I used to come in the morning because it is slower but the staff isn't very friendly, the Manager Gloria has such a nasty attitude and is not much help and acts like she doesn't want to be there or assist any customers, she is very rude!! I feel that they need to give the 2 employees there at night more respect as they probably don't make much money and looks like the do everything! Dollar Tree needs to assess their workers and manage their customer volume better ! Overall Dollar Tree is my favorite place and i love it!

I am kind of surprised seeing negative reviews here, my experience was different tho. I think with my experience with Dollar Tree, they deserve this rating

Let me tell you about my last dollar tree shopping experience. I couldn't find six items I was looking for. The only employee that was working on the floor had a cast on his arm. I asked him if he could help me and he dropped everything he was doing to help. He found most of the items out I. The isles but when he couldnt find the last one he went to the back and found a case. He was so helpful and kind and thanked me and said have a wonderful day. He must be some dedicated worker to work with a cast on his arm. This was in Columbus Indiana off highway 31. I hope his boss sees this because he exceeded all my expectations. I didnt see his nametag so I dont know his name.

My experience at the Dollar Tree at 8920 Patterson Ave.23229 is always an extremely pleasant one. thanks to the staff there. The sales associate Mabel is more than helpful. She's friendly and kind and I've noticed she knows her regular customers. She will help any customer with a smile and a wonderful attitude. The manager there is very nice and helpful. She will stop whatever she'd doing to help a customer locate what they're looking for. I will always shop at this store because they make you actually feel like valued customers.

Once again Sandy from Dollar Tree at Puente Hills, California did it again. She remembered what I am looking for last time and she found it for me. For a senior citizen like me I so pleased with Sandy's help. The best customer service I ever had. Thank you Sandy.

I work at 38000 Ann Arbor Rd, Livonia, MI Dollar Tree. Our store is AWESOME and our customers tell me that on the daily! Great Team, super fantastic customers, well organized and so many new and familiar products. No plug here, just speaking the truth.

I love that my dollar tree has a sign requiring masks during this pandemic, I’m so sick of non mask people endangering the public because they don’t agree. I have a right to shop the safest conditions. Thanks to dollar tree for enforcing the health recommendations! Some of us appreciate your protection!
