Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

The Dollar Tree at 1224 W. Pawnee in Wichita KS is always neat and clean, the shelves are well stocked and the staff is friendly; unlike the store at 4866 S. Broadway which looks like a war zone most of the time - it is dirty, has merchandise all over the floor and the shelves are not stocked. I will not go in that store again!! I will shop at 1224 W. Pawnee!!

Love this company! Everything really is 1$!! Come here when I just need a whole bunch of stuff! Sure these might not be the best quality items but it will get you out of a tight spot on a low budget! Also they have nearly everything you’ll need!

I am new to Warwick, RI and just love shopping at your 1800 Post Rd. #12 location. Each visit I have a young girl named Barbara ring me out. Time after time she smiles, asks the appropriate questions, and always goes out of her way to be extra helpful. She is delightful! If I still had my stores, I would recruit her. I delight shopping knowing she will make my experience extra nice.

Hello. This is for the Dollar Tree in Northport, Alabama.... All my experience there has been good but today it was the best! I was having a bad day but the cashier, name Queen really made me feel good. She greeted me before I approached her register and held a conversation like she knew me. I appreciated her good customer service !

I wish I had captured the customer service person's name. It was today, December 18, at around 3p ET. She had dark short hair and a tattoo on her wrist. She was so polite and kind. Made me feel like coming to the store made her day. She was so kind and friendly. I was so impressed at her customer service skills.

I have been in the Dollar Tree in Smithfield, NC a number of times first thing in the morning. Normally the sales associates and cashiers seem as sleepy as me and aren't rude but not especially friendly. Lately the reception has changed. The woman I believe to be the new manager is very friendly and helpful. Also, one cashier, Maria, is so very polite and welcoming which makes me want to return. This is certainly changing my perspective of the store!

I was shopping at my favorite Dollar Tree #2838, Gulf Breeze Parkway, Florida today. I was helped by the most pleasant and knowledgeable employee, Ms, Caroline Barnes. She was very focused, dedicated and enthusiastic! She helped us with all our shopping needs making it the best experience we have had at Dollar Tree! You need to keep her and consider her as having definite management skills!
