quick notice about a fare sale that saved us over $200

There was a billing error for the membership. Although it took me two emails to get resolved it was taken care of within a few days. Bryant in the customer care and support team was responsive and knew how to assist. It all worked out fine.

First, the good: I do receive emails from the Dollar Flight Club on daily specials. I am a premium subscriber. Bad: 1. The Dollar Flight Club is unreachable. - On their website, the message center is disabled but states "we reply within an hour". Fbook Messenger confirms, however, they got my message. 2. When I signed up, I wanted to change email the same day (just to isolate the specifically the ones I receive for travel), in my profile this option is not available. I have sent 2 emails weeks apart to request this change, but after months there is no answer to either one. 3. The company's phone number on their website and at the Better Business Bureau, (856) 617-8422, hangs up without ringing or busy. 4. 3 months after signing up at login, the site did not take my pw, although I saved it on the browser and noted in my files. I have tried to reset the pw, but no verification email arrived. (it is not in junk folder either) UPDATE I managed to connect via Messenger, and Melanie was kind enough to remedy my concerns. It would be great to update the website as well for DFC communication/help preferences.

They send flight discounts. I often get great deals from them. I wish there was a way to filter flight prices that include a carry-on. Flight alerts for flights without luggage are just fake cheap flights.

This is the first time I’ve used the service, and my flight isn’t until October, so we’ll see … but if the check-in and flight are as quick and easy as making this booking was, it’ll be 5-star, for sure! (Plus I saved a ton of dough. 🤑)

Unbelievable great deals that are real on Dollar Flight Club. Dollar Flight Club kept emailing me when prices dropped or changed and I was able to grab a good flight to Lisbon. I'm super excited.
