Jonel, We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with the membership. As mentioned in the ticket to you, Dollar Flight Club does NOT steal any info or set up accounts on anyone's behalf. Any accounts set up in our system are set up by the owners of the emails and/or cards. If it's not, that's an issue of fraud which Dollar Flight Club does not partake in. We do our best to make sure that clients that sign up do know they have a membership and are reminded of the yearly billing. As our promotions and memberships are annual we do understand that it can be overlooked by the owner of the account. I do see in your ticket that your account was both canceled and refunded already. If you're not happy with this resolution please send us a message at [email protected] and we will be happy to look into it more. -The DFC Team

Steven, we're very sorry to hear about the experience you have had with our service. Our deals are specific to airline availability and updated by them. We do apologize if some of the deals you tried to take advantage of were no longer valid. For our renewals, we do try to send notifications before a renewal so a client has ample time to edit their account status. Again, I am sorry that you had this experience with us. Hi Willows, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We'd like to take this opportunity to get this right, make sure the account is properly canceled, and take a deep dive into your past experience. If you signed up for a $1 trial membership a few years ago you should have only been charged for the annual plan after the 14-day trial period ended, but only if the membership was not canceled during the trial period. We do try to make canceling easy in the membership portal but we would like to know how we can improve. Hi Bruce, Thanks for sharing your experience with us, we're sorry to hear that it has not been a good one thus far. We're looking forward to learning more about your experience and finding out what went wrong and doing what we can to help make things right. If a trial membership is cancelled before the end of the trial then there shouldn't be a charge. The only way that a member who signed up for a trial period would be charged is if they do not cancel within the trial period or if they upgraded their trial plan to a non trial plan. We're happy to look into this matter to find out if there was an issue and help clear up any confusion.
