Hi Karen, We're very sorry to hear about your experience with our product. Deals can and will depend on a multitude of factors such as: -Your Departure airports -Your Destination airports -The airline prices -How many departure airports you have set The reason for a lack of business class deals may be just that the airline did not have any deals for that particular departure airport you have set. Regarding the dates, we do send deals with specific dates to achieve that deal rate. Sometimes that deal rate can fluctuate as airline prices do fluctuate constantly so we apologize for that. We'd be happy to take a look at your account in more detail if you'd like to reference this review and email [email protected]. -The DFC Team

Karl, We're very sorry to hear of your negative experience. Our deals are based off of the departure and destination airports that you set up in the your account. The more airports you have set the more deals you can possibly receive. Like many subscription based services, accounts are supposed to be managed by the client and we do make it as obvious as possible when signing up that this is an annual membership. We also do send out renewal notices a month in advance of the renew of your account. We'd be happy to review your account in more detail and look at it again if you can send us another message to [email protected]. If you do, reference this review as well so it goes to the right team. Once again we do apologize for the experience. -The DFC Team

Jimena, We'd like to apologize for any problems with the membership that you've faced and your overall experience with Dollar Flight Club. We would disagree that the promotion is fraud. We do not commit any kind of fraud. Our promotions are a cheap entry as a way to bring people in to test the product. We then leave it to our clients to cancel or manage their accounts accordinly. We will respond further to you privately regarding your concerns. -The DFC Team

Hi there! Firstly, we're sorry to hear about your negative experience. As with many subscription based services, trial accounts(and accounts overall) need to be managed by the clients. For the convenience of our members they're set to auto renew and we do make it as obvious as possible that for a trial, unless canceled, it will be automatically continued and therefore charged(which is why you input the credit information). Cancelling a trial or membership AFTER you've been charged is typically not eligible for a refund under our refund policy. Regarding the flight deals, deals are dependent on the departure airport you have set. If you're not getting deals, it would of been better to have messaged our support so we could assist and see what(if anything) is causing the error. We'd be happy to review this in more detail. We will reach out to you personally once we have more information. -The DFC Team

Hi Michael! We apologize for any trouble you've faced with our service here. We'd love to take a look and get this sorted to you. Our memberships are indeed annual when you sign up. This is for the conveinance of our members as we've found one payment over a 12 month period is better than 12 payments over that same period. We do leave it to our members to manage their accounts so we understand if the renewal can be forgotten about over a 12 month period. We'd love to take a closer look at your account and see what happened here. If you can send us an email to [email protected] we'd be happy to take a look. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any trouble this has caused you. -The DFC Team
