I've been following the flight deals for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Saved 250€ (maybe more) booking when Dollar Flight Club advised me to! I love discovering new destinations to plan more trips!

Looking at the previous comments I shouldn't be surprised by the awesome experience I had with Bryant. I purchased a coupon from another site and I made a user error and forgot to apply when creating the account. Supplied Byrant with all the deets and had to do a minor back and forth (my fault again :( ) but Byrant was stellar, remained patient like a boss and hooked us up and issued a refund. Rock n' roll service, no shenanigans and lip, just a humble and grateful experience. Thank you Mr. Bryant!!

Roberta
Bryant was enormously helpful when it was discovered that I somehow had two accounts with Dollar Flight Club rather than one. He took his time over about a weeks worth of e-mails (it was complicated) and fixed everything.

Bryant is an extraordinary representative for Dollar Flight Club. He quickly understands a situation, is clear in his communications, and is an excellent problem-solver. If everyone at Dollar Flight Club is as effective as he is, then this is an organization I want to work with.

I had trouble with a lifetime membership code. Reached out to customer support and it took some time to get things in order, but in the end the support staff was excellent, timely and got everything in order. A very responsible company.

I changed my review to a full five stars because Bryant from Dollar Flight Club went above and beyond with customer service, not only refunding me but also offering some free perks. So thank you very much Bryant, you are a gentleman and a credit to your team.

Roby, We're sorry to hear about your experience with our service here. We want to make sure this gets corrected for you. We aim to make our renewal information as obvious as possible when signing up for the account as well as sending a renewal notice for the plan a month in advance. Is it possible the renewal notice got lost in your emails? I've taken the opportunity and found your ticket with our support team. I'll be reaching out there and working to get this resolved with you. Once again, please accept our apologies for this experience. -The DFC Team
