Hi Charlie, We're very sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Like many subscription based services the subscription is by default set to auto renew. We do send out renewal notices as well to give clients ample time to cancel their account. Our goal is to always provide the best service but as a business we do have policies that we need to abide by. Hi there! We're sorry you're experiencing an issue. Like most subscription based services, accounts are set to auto renew for the convenience of the customer. We do our best to make it as obvious as possible that this is an annual membership such as confirming on sign up, sending a welcome email that confirms this, as well as sending renewal notices before the renewal. Unfortunately we cannot assume on behalf of the client which is why the client needs to manage the account to avoid being charged. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. -The DFC Team

As a subscription based service and like many other subscription based businesses accounts are set to auto renew for the convenience of the customer. We do include in our terms that accounts must be canceled to avoid being charged. We also send renewal notices in advance of the charge to give ample time to cancel the account. We do this for the convenience of the customer. We do see that you have a support ticket with us but never responded back. Hello, We're sorry to hear of this, it sounds like in this case you had an active account with us but the account was not canceled. As is the norm with many subscription based services, the card will automatically be attempted assuming that it's supposed to renew. This was not an error on our side. Rain, We apologize for any issue or confusion regarding your membership. The renewal email is sent one month in advance to give people ample time/notice to cancel their accounts. We try our best to make the renewal information as obvious as possible throughout the sign up process and along with the renewal notice.
