I was never contacted about my renewal, my card was automatically charged. Customer service would not deviate. This service is of zero value, they won’t listen to customers. Dave your time and go to a reliable travel source.

I can't get logged in. Telephone does not work. I have not gotten a reply to my support questions. Customer service will not reply to you. Without any replies from you I can not give a positive rating. You can not disrespect your paid customer this way and stay in business. Didn't Wharton teach you anything about customer service? Or you just a fraud?

I paid for lifetime membership but never got even a single flight on a cheaper price. every time I go to google flights or skyscanner after Dollar flight's email, deal is always gone. even within 3 minutes. I am not sure if want you to stick to your phone whole day for one good deal.

I never found their deals useful. I canceled my membership but still was charged for it and they are refusing to refund me. I had to flag it as fraud with chase as a result. Apparently others have had this problem too so buyer beware!! Don’t sign up with them!!

i thought this was a legit good company it sucks to get the rates at really good prices but you have to go on certain months, days etc. I would have loved it but I need range and each trip I wanted to do I couldn't cause had to be in august, September and we are in June wanting to do these things.

We do try to offer as many optional dates as possible for the convenience of our clients. Sometimes there is limited options for dates as it does depend on current airline prices as well. Went to website to sign up. Forced to enter credit card info to continue. Within seconds, got an alert from my credit card company that Dollar Flight Club had just charged over $100 to my card. Was signing up was for a free trial and they never said I would be charged anything. Told my credit card company to mark it as fraud. Big inconvenience as I have to wait for a new card and update all my creditors with the new card number, but at least was able to reverse the unauthorized charge. You might not be so lucky.

Warning! It's a complete scam! I just wasted $100 for a lifetime useless membership. Do not waste your money! all it does, it refers you to skyscanner and google flights! the price is low on the website but once it redirects you to skyscanner or google flight, either the price increases or the flight is not even exist! I always use skyscanner anyways so I suggest you keep your money and go directly to skyscanner add your departure airport then on arrival tab put the country's name you want to go or put "everywhere". You will see lots of cheap flights without paying for this DFC scam membership!
