Agree with the negative reviews. It's a complete waste of money and time and beware of their refund policy because I was outside of their dates and they wouldn't refund my "lifetime" membership. If you want to get a newsletter that encourages you to get every points credit card out there, this is for you. Otherwise, its more hassle and less information than it's worth. 7/2/23 Despite my having gotten a "we don't give refunds" when I tried to get one, as a result of this post, I did get one. So, they did the right thing. If what they do is up your alley, then it's probably a good site. It just wasn't up mine.

On Monday, Feb 27, I noticed that on Friday Feb 24th my account was charged for a full-year membership that I did not want. I immediately contacted them and requested a cancelation and a refund of the payment. I was told they would not give me a refund. After pressing and explaining my situation, I was given a refund. This moved my original 1 star to 3 stars. Thank you.

I'm marking this as a middle of the road stars because I'm not a full member yet, so I want to be fair on the review. From reading the reviews, it seems if you don't talk to Bryant you don't get good service. What are the changes that ONLY Bryant is a good CSR? Dollar Flight Club. I hope you are taking the opportunity to promote Bryant to a CSR Manager and trainer.
