Scammers that hook you with a free or $1 offer than auto bill you $99 without sending a reminder renewal email.

As per many other reviews - 2 x small and then 1 x larger pending charges on credit card, unable to login to account using any method, no emails received re: any subscription. Avoid at all costs.

I did not receive a renewal notice for my subscription. When I saw 2 small debits (.50) from my bank account for Dollar Flight Club, I immediately knew something was fishy. I began efforts to cancel before additional renewal charges were processed. No response from emails or chatbots. The company is designed to scam you after they hook you for the $1 6-month membership. Do not fall for their nefarious tricks. They deserve zero stars.

I signed up for a free year. Before that year was up, I went to the website to unsubscribe well before I got charged again. I entered my email but never got sent the code to get in so I couldn't unsubscribe. I wrote to both the CEO (who continues to send junk email from his account) and the support@ address and never received a response from either. Luckily, my bank stopped the payment correctly assessing it as suspect but the only way I could stop the payments was to cancel my card and get a replacement. Totally ignore the meaningless responses these guys give to every one of the 100s of crappy reviews. These guys are crooks, plain and simple. Their product is useless and their billing processes criminal. Avoid anythign to do with this company. They, and their product are a con.

Until DFC creates a transparent way for cancellation, I would never recommend a subscription. They appear to have a non-existing customer service—you’ll be talking to a bot, and only a bot that keeps you running in circles.

After a lengthy chain of emails with the Dollar Flight Club support team member, wherein they insisted that they will not refund the annual subscription fee of $99, despite not notifying me in advance, I left this review on Trust Pilot To which DFC's response is to contact their support again?

What a horrible company. Somehow I appeared on their mailing list. I recieve junk mail multiple times a day. I pressed the “ unsubscribe” button multiple times, they keep on sending messages. Totally not trustworthy, theynpromise to stop right away. Now I make a notification here, if no action follows, I need tomtake further steps. This is unaccaptable,

Hi Monique, So sorry for the trouble. If you're still receiving emails even after unsubscribing, what happens a lot is people either have accounts under multiple emails or they have emails forwarding to a different email address which is why you may still be receiving emails. Hi there! We'd love to take a look at your account. Please reach out to our support at [email protected] and we can get this sorted. -The DFC Team

I signed up a year ago for a trial. Dollar Flight Club sent me no emails. They gave me no warning and then charged my credit card $99. I have not used the service. Now they say that, per their policy, they will not refund my money.
