Fraud
Fraudulently signed me up to their services (never heard of them until receiving charge on my credit card). Contacted them and they refused to reverse charges, Don’t do business with this company. Obviously not trustworthy!

In this case it sounds like possible fraud which should always be addressed by your bank to prevent any further damage. We at Dollar Flight Club would have no way to obtain your information or credit care details unless you signed yourself up or someone fraudulently did it on your behalf. A scam of a company
A scam of a company. They charge you for years without notice or without your acknowledgment. Unethically charged me for 4 years and claim to be a “small start up” that sent email notices - does not exist. The email goes straight into promotions junk mail per gmail and the one liner alluding to a renewal is buried in paragraphs of text. The company then refused to refund me within days of the charge post / days of my “new year” of subscription when I have never used a single service they render.

Completely Not Worth It
So last year, I signed up for the premium membership with Dollar Flight Club. I never used it because I found better deals on FREE sites. About a month ago, they sent me a customer appreciation email. At the very bottom, they reminded me that my membership will auto-renew in 30 days. I didn't see that part because it was no where in the title of the email about an auto-renew date, and the details were at the very bottom. I cancelled on the renewal date. They charged me anyway. When I emailed them, they refused to refund it. Again, I NEVER USED THE SERVICE, and let them know that I wanted to cancel because it wasnt a benefit.They were rude in emails about how they won't refund me. Garbage service for a small company. This is a warning to either look for better deals elsewhere or put a reminder in your calendar to cancel at least a few days before the auto-renew. Truly, their deals can be found elsewhere and often times cheaper on other sites. Do your research.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I complained about the poor flight offerings and requested a refund after a year of receiving flight offers for Iceland repeatedly. The few other destination “deals” are no better than a standard inquiry via Google flights. They refused. This is my first review, but I promise there will be more 1-stars. And the BBB.

Scam
Scam! It is supposed to be a biweekly subscription payment ($2) ie $1 Dollar Flight Club, but they bill you $1 and then $99 two weeks later. Too bad Trustpilot doesn’t have a way to upload a picture. So I can show you my CC statement

The Dollar Fight Club is not even worth…
The Dollar Fight Club is not even worth $10. Most of their deals are either really lame or they are expired. I haven’t found a single deal from them in over a year. Go with Going.

Quite unfortunate really
Quite unfortunate really. They lure you in with the name, and a 1 dollar trial promise, however after two weeks they charge you a $99 non refundable membership fee, one which isn't clearly defined while going through their process. In addition, the service is sub par at best. Their recommendations aren't in any way special, and the prices are available even if you don't subscribe, you just have to be a canny traveller. Save your time, and money and ignore this platform.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Not helpful at all for trip recs. Horrible customer service. Be careful, they charge you when you don’t authorize. Scam of a company
