Hi Sumit, We're so sorry for the negative experience. We do send renewal notices in advance of being charged to give people ample time to cancel their renewal to avoid being charged. We do have a refund policy that we try our best to stick to though as well. We'd be happy to have another look at your account if you feel we did not live up to your expectations. Please message our support and again we deeply apologize for the experience thus far. -The DFC Team

Pol, We're so sorry for the negative experience you've had thus far with our site thus far. In this case it sounds like you signed up to a trial membership. We would not take your payment information or create a paid membership on your behalf. While we do have a refund policy that we stick to we'd be happy to investigate the account and matter further if you can message our support at [email protected] and reference this review.
