These people have zero qualms about baiting people to sign up for a free trial, conveniently letting them forget about it, then BAM, hitting their credit card for the full membership later. Oh, the reminder probably went to spam folder? Maybe because you ARE spam. They are "unable to process refunds" unhelpful, and unsympathetic. I recommend staying far away from them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They automatically renew your membership with no notice. I don’t know how to get out of this membership and there are no refunds. Totally a big scam!! See below- no solution was reached- they say that so anyone reading my review will think they’ve solved the problem- NOT! No one has reached out at all.

Takes you to the sign up process claiming it has international airports, and it doesn't have any from Dubai or Abu Dhabi. DXB is one of the biggest/most used international airports. Waste of time.

Don’t sign up to this scam. They steal your money and think it’s ok. All they do is spam you with deals that don’t exist and you could just find flights yourself on Skyscanner. They serve no purpose other than to steal your money.

I signed up for trail and forgot about it. I just remembered last week, i have checked on my account and it was says dates of renewal 12/01/2025, so I cancelled it,because I don't really use it. They tried to take the money from my bank account and I didn't have any so they couldn't charged me, i have checked again my account with them to be sure I have cancelled the membership and to double check the renewal date, it was the 12/01/2025,I was confused and thought it was an error. A week later i have forgotten again until I got charged from my bank account,this morning. I emailed them pointing out that the renewal date in the account was different from the actual charge date and that i never received an email as a reminder,their response was prompt but they reminded me or their refund policy and told me that they sent out an email and didn't respond on for why I have a different renewal date on my account and apologies from the inconvenience caused but they can't issue a refund. I find it very dishonest and a strategic way to get more money by misleading people and keep their money using their refund policy as a shield. Very bad! Their service might even be good,I have no idea since I never use it but their way of doing business it's dodgy. Do not trust them! I just received an email that they will actually refund this charge,I would still be very wary,their business ethics it doesn't seem good.

I have no recollection of signing up with this business, but I did travel last year so I may have done it inadvertently. Regardless, I found two phishing charges On my credit card yesterday, and a $100 charge today. I immediately contacted them and was told that they sent me a notice One month ago to let me know I would be charged for a renewal, but I don’t even recall signing up for in the first place. Despite me contacting him on the day of the charge, immediately, and request requesting a refund, they are not making it easy. I am not sure I will even receive a refund. This company is an absolute fraud. I do not recommend even signing up for emails. I have found hundreds of emails in my junk mail, but nothing to do with a membership that I have signed up for.

Totally deceptive subscription sale. I bought a lifetime subscription 2 years ago. Last month I was charged for a premium membership USD69. I contacted the company to cancel the premium (as I didn’t sign up for it). They cancelled my lifetime subscription and didn’t even give me a refund! The product is not great as I can find better deals when I want to travel. The flight deals are ok if you are available to travel in that period, but I’ve never booked a single flight through them at all for the last three years, which says a lot. Google flights alerts are free and just as effective. I do not recommend, save your money for actually travelling.

You get attracted by a $1/year fee then, when renewal date comes by, you are told you simply go to settings, account then cancel the account in there. Not possible. Then you read the support page more carefully and it says "1. Log into your Dollar Flight Club account. Log In 2. Select the "Settings" drop-down from the menu on the left, then select "Account." And, because I have a "free" account ($136 so far) there is no way to access the payment method to remove the credit card after cancelling the account. Some people may benefit from the service but it is built on a scam premise and if I do not hear back from them this week, I'm going to escalate this to Consumer Complaints and Investigations - Special Investigations Unit in Alberta and the Consumer Protections Division of the office of the Attorney General in the State of Washington. --------------------------------- I received a note from DFC today and they suggested that I must have another account somewhere. I searched my password/account app and did not find a DFC account, only the "free" one. I continue to not like their recruitment program and especially the lack of early notification of pending renewal with the respective email attached however, the Support staff did reach out when I asked and they did clarify things so I have to give them credit for this. I was able to find my other account in my disused Google account and was able to cancel the DFC account. I apologize to DFC for my angry post.
