Evil manipulative money-grubbing company. They have charged me £50+ every year for three years and not once have I used or been aware of any paid service. Not a single email or receipt saying any payment was about to be taken or had been taken. I must've signed up to a 'free trial' many years ago and since then they've conveniently neglected to mention in any capacity that I have a paying membership or make apparent any benefits to paying for this scam service that whole time. I had issues even logging into the terrible website to see what on earth is happening and can still see no record of payments. Honestly don't even understand what this scam product is? Customer service is useless and rude with snitty responses- no refunds ever under any circumstances. Avoid like the plague!

Cancel free trial ASAP!!! SCAM company. These guys give you one year free trial in which you forget that you even have it because the site itself is USELESS. Then, they don't send any reminders before the free trial is about to renew because they know you have forgotten about the free trial and then don't refund either. Pathetic honestly.

*edited addendum after company reply to this review* The company wrote to say they do send emails about renewal. Folks, there are plenty of people going back months stating the same issue. They had no idea they had a renewal approaching. I had zero notification. Don’t sign up for the free trial. As others said, there’s no notice on membership renewal. They refused my refund, even though I cancelled the day it posted to my account. They claim their small business cannot refund me. Sign up for GOING. A much more ethical company.

This company is a scam. Even when you cancel they continue to bill you. Even when you complain they say it’s your fault. If they had a legit business they wouldn’t need to employ fraudulent practices. Avoid at all costs!

Awful overall experience over a three year period. Flights offered are in niche areas, odd flights at off travel times, where you might find a bargain, but overall I found I could do better or as well with other travel partners. Very difficult to cancel. Rigid cancellation policies and rote customer service responses.

Dollar Flight Club renewed my subscription without my prior authorization and took the funds from my credit card without my permission. They refuse to refund even though I told them that they did not reach out first to tell me that the subscription was up for renewal - they just took the money ab refused to refund. Very dubious business practices. There should be a zero star rating as an option as I would choose that as the lowest possible rating. Their response was that they did send a renewal email - that is a lie. Nothing was sent to me about renewing before the money was taken from my account.

I signed up for the 30 day free trial of Dollar Flight Club and unfortunately missed the transition to the paid annual membership because I didn’t get any reminder email. I contacted support immediately after noticing the CAD 94.88 charge, explained it was an accidental signup and that I hadn’t used the service at all. They explained that refunds are not possible per their policy, but offered an extra year of premium membership instead. I politely declined the extension as I didn’t want the service, but they were unable to offer any other solution. After that, my follow-up messages went unanswered. I understand the policy is clear, but as a customer who made an honest mistake and received no value, I was hoping for more flexibility or understanding. This experience left me feeling that customer satisfaction isn’t always prioritized in such cases.

Predatory website, offers no refunds for any reason. "Send" a renewal email a month in advance but it has nothing in the subject line stating that it will auto renew. After I went on the website to cancel I dont even see the option it just says downgrade membership. I emailed the day I got the charge and they are refusing to refund any of the charge, I have never used their services. They dont even offer a good service, anyone can find these deals with google flights.
