Overall the service was terrific. Feedback, when I had a typo, was fab. My cousin ordered the products and shipped them to me because she lives in the Caribbean and I was going home for a visit. Based on what she said, the products smelled super great, the products worked well on her daughter's curly hair, however, when she placed the conditioner in her daughter's hair it took a while to get into the hair. She has low porosity hair, so the conditioner laid on top of the hair after shampooing, which went great. She wondered if the products worked with low-porosity hair. She then used it in her niece's hair and it worked like magic, her niece loved it.

I am soooo happy that I decided to purchase this product, I love it. I love how it makes my hair feel and that when I do my twist I don't have to take so much time doing it because the hold is awesome and my hair doesn't flake or feel hard.
