I have had only positive experiences with Dollar1. Since April, I have ordered 5 shipments from them and all came without a hitch. 1st order did have missing merchandise, one item that was $1. I sent an email and my 1$ was refunded. I receive a lot of make-up anf nail polish. Essie gel-setter was only 5$ until it sold out. Its 10$ in the store. I have bought books, purses, toys. Received all with tracking and always arrived on time or earlier than stated.

after placing my order I never received. waiting days on an answer the seemed like they were going to help me only to tell me there's nothing that can be done. post office said they have had the issue before saying they shipped when they didnt

Terrible customer service. The website states that the order should be received by the customer in 5 business days from the time they place their order. That is a lie. It'll take 5 business days from the time they decide to process your order. I placed my order on a Friday. I did not receive a delivery update by Wednesday of the following week so I decided to email them to see if I could get an update on my order. No response. I emailed customer service on Thursday and in this email I mentioned that if my order was not already sent, to please cancel my order. No response BUT my order was sent out later that day. Wow. Then on Saturday, I finally receive a response to the emails and it said: "Yes it has" (referring to the order being shipped out). Umm what?! I sent those emails BEFORE you decided to ship my items. Also, it takes your customer service team days to respond to emails? I will never shop here again. I placed an order on a different online dollar store one day after Dollar1 and I already received my order. Dollar1 should probably update their shipping statement online to reflect how long it actually takes them to ship orders. Plus, they should improve their customer service response time.

OPENED and USED make-up received!!! Both mascaras opened/marked/used, and the Fit Me powder not only had a swipe across it, but the powder puff was used! The lipsticks were not sealed & looked fake, one with a crooked label, and the shirt I ordered had a tag, but had dirt across the front! No doubt that was used too! Thoroughly disgusting. Run! Getting a disease is NOT worth saving the money! Avoid this company like the plague!!!

I have placed an order and have no trace of where it is and if it was ever shipped. I am very sceptic if they even have the merchandize. I plan to lodge a complain with Better Business Bureau and District Attorney's office in the next two weeks.

My package was sent to the wrong address, and when I contacted dollar1 about it they immediately because very snippety about it and said that it had nothing to do with them. Really rude, and it would've been so easy to politely say that unfortunately that was the shipping company, not them, and here's the shipping company's number to contact them about it, or something like that. Instead they were very rude. Ridiculous
