No items received--website seems to have expired. Both the link to my order and the website from the confirmation email are not working (with multiple browsers). Trying to respond to the order confirmation email keeps giving me an error message. Seems like a complete scam. will have to file a credit card claim.

They deserve a zero star. Use to order all the time. Their customer service still hasn't responded on month 3 for my missing items not received for Christmas. Their Facebook page is also a joke. Don't bother they like to take your money and not send your stuff

Around half the items in my order had clearly been opened and tampered with. One of the foundations that I had ordered in porcelain, was a very dark orange and was not sealed, (I have purchased this exact item before and it is a very light shade). My order was incomplete and there was no packaging slip in the box. This company is clearly very disorganized. Customer service has been impossible to get in touch with. You may be able to get some things cheap on this website but you definitely get what you pay for here; That is, if you get your items at all.

I tried to cancel an order I placed 5” after I gave my credit card because it was a gift my husband couldn’t use. The rule is “no cancellations within one hour of purchasing,”. I sent 3 emails (they provide no customer service phone number) & replied immediately on their web form to cancel. No one acknowledged this. That night I received an email the order was processed. I would never buy from this company again

Placed an order got a confirmation email back then in a few days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to availability..Seems that if they confirmed that they had the item dollar 1 is probably just an internet scam

This was my first and last order with these folks. I was excited because of the prices. Problem is, it's just some random workers with no real structure. They simpy forgot some of my items because they don't scan or anything--again, it's just some dude looking at an order and throwing some stuff into a box. I contacted them and someone simply emailed me "sorry." They gave me a small refund rather than shipping the missing item(s). So now, about 2 weeks after I ordered it, I don't and will never have what I ordered, and I'm certainly not going to make another order just to get the free shipping.

They mailed my package with 3 items not sent, but charged me for three items. I've contact them via their website and sent them an email. I haven't received ANY response. I've asked for a refund for items not shipped or for them to send the missing items. Absolutely nothing. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and any sites with reviews if they don't respond soon.

Never receive my order its been more than 5days then what it said 2-5 business days I'll change this when I get my order highly disappointed...
