Great product. Shipping and order tracking needs a little updating. All in all, great service.

The mats are great. They make a great surface to practice on, are easy to roll out and put away afterwards and look professional. Thanks.

The mats are very good . Aloha

The mats are of excellent quality and design. I have ZERO problem with the quality. The reason I give a 4 star rating is because one mat was cut shorter than the other by about 2 inches. I've aligned one side perfectly and made sure it wasn't an error on my part. I didn't report it to the company because I absolutely love the quality and it isn't stopping me from fully enjoying the use of the mats. I felt that for a 5 star rating the product should come cut identically and these didn't thus a 4 star rating.

Dollamur's service and online purchasing is always smooth and delivery is quick. The only issue I have is that the clear mat tape could stick a little better to the vinyl mats. Some rolls are stick better than others and should be more consistent.

I like my new mat. It's very sturdy construction. Use it for exercising on.

The straps all broke within 2 months. It's a headache to get good straps

The service, delivery, and quality of the product are great. The only hiccup is that I wish there were a better explanation of the thicknesses and how they feel. I know it's subjective, however, it could be broken down in some kind of a descriptive way. The other issue I had is the mat size. My kids class uses 6'x12' mats and our purchased one is 5' wide. That single extra foot in width makes a hell of a lot of difference. When I called back to see about purchasing a smaller piece, the costs were essentially doubled. So for anyone ordering a mat, I'd strongly encourage you to order larger, even if it's custom. Would I purchase again? Absolutely. It's the best, and the quality can be felt.
