Very easy to work with

Online mat design tool is great. Wish I could upload my own graphics. Be sure to use CHROME browser (not Internet Explorer or Edge), otherwise the saved lettering comes out different on their proofs.

Good experiece

No problems. Shipping took longer than I had planned, but it still arrived in time.

They deliver 2 days before, awesome. Keep up the good work 💪🏻

Use these strips four days a week at my recreation center. Great for parent/child through to advanced classes. Easy to put away and store. Only down fall is the always come in different lengths and makes for a poor transition form the hard floor to foam strips.

Our judo club bought Dollamur Flexiconnect mats last year. Good service and nice people. The mats were shipped truck freight from Texas to California. There was some damage to the mats on arrival, and it would have been nice to know that was a possibility, and what to do in case that happened. Because we paid so much for nice new mats, it was disappointing to receive them with some significant gouges in the bottom of the mats (non surface side). I refused to sign for them until I was able to raise someone on the phone at Dollamur, which took about 30 minutes. They told me to note the damage on the shipping slip where I signed - that would give me the option to raise a stink later. When we laid them down it seemed that there was no effect on the usefulness of the mats, so I didn't press the matter. The mats themselves are very high quality, a wonderful falling surface. Everyone at Dollamur was very good to me. The only problem was with the delivery experience.

I absolutely love the the flexiroll 2" mat with the Velcro option. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is along the seam where the Velcro connects the mat together the mats have begun to tear creating a gap in the mats. I purchased the Velcro because I did not want to have to deal with taping the mats....but otherwise a great investment.
