Despite my order request , received no response and ended up buying from another source.
I suspect your product is of good quality but apparently you want it more badly than I do.

Bad service
1st they make you wait 15-20 min behind a one way glass. The whole time you know someone is there looking at you, very strange. When someone did appear they treated me like crap. Never again.

We think you might be confusing us with someone else. We do not have one-way glass anywhere in our building. Regardless, I am sorry you were treated poorly. That is not the way we treat customers.

I ordered a mat tape and they didn't delivered but kept my money.
Terrible company to buy anything,they didn't delivery a mat tape I bought from them but still they kept my money.

Not happy
I find it quite unprofessional for Dollamur to send an email asking for a rating based on a previous purchase when i havent ever made a purchase to Dollamur!! Given the cost of your products i found it quite frigthening and had the inconenience of checking all my bank accounts to make sure that nothing had been fraudulantly purchased without my knowledge or consent!

Dan, we sincerely apologize for the hassle of having to checking all of your bank accounts. We recently joined Trust Pilot to obtain reviews from our customers. The email was meant to be sent to customers who had made a purchase but accidentally went to everyone in our database, whether a purchase was made or not. This was our mistake, and again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Mata are to expensive
My mats are falling apart and I paid a lot of money for them !!!

Annoyed with Dollamur
I have asked repeatedly to be removed from this list but Dollamur does not manage its email marketing. Instead they get your name from a coach's listserv and send you info constantly. We purchased a mat from a competitor recently so we are not in the market.

Horrible customer service and lack of communication!
I will never be using Dollarmur again. After placing my order that was schedule to ship on 5-7 business day, I called the office after 3 weeks. No one was able to help me, I left a message. Two days after I still did not have a returned call. After demanding to speak to a manager, I was finally helped! They stated me item had not shipped and they would not know when it would ship. I asked for a refund. After being placed on hold again and then disconnected. I called back. The refund process took several days. I have already shared my concerns with the company several times and never received an apology or we're sorry. I took my business to another company and had the same exact order in 5 days at my house. Like I said I will NEVER use this company again.
