Shipped incorrect order. Which delayed my schools opening by over a week. Issue was corrected and the mat quality is awesome.

The shipping portion took nearly 3 weeks longer than expected. When we ordered it, we were told it would be their for our home tournament and for senior night. Didn't happen due to the shipping delay. No one from Dollamur would communicate with me, and the 3rd party shipping company kept telling me a couple days, for nearly 3 weeks. Now that we have it, we love it, but my experience with hitting a deadline did not go well.

I’ve ordered from dollamur a couple of times. I like their product but was shocked that they will deliver the product but will not take it off the delivery truck. They wanted to charge $100 for the driver to take it off the truck. I paid $4000 for the mats, I expect them to deliver the product and take it off the truck. I think that is poor customer service.

Service and product quality deserve 5 stars. Only 2 problems: 1) Product was delivered without informing me of date and time of delivery. Mats were delivered when the school was closed. Luckily, The contractor was on site and phoned to advise me the shipment had arrived. I had to phone and beg the driver to wait for me to arrive and sign for the shipment. Probably not Dollamur's fault but I left voice messages to both the delivery company and Dollamur to discuss the issue but no one phoned me back. 2) The tape. I had asked Dollamur to send me the right quantity of tape for the mats and while they did that they did not calculate the length required so I ended up having to join together two strips of tape on the last lane. Not the end of the world. Finally, some of the tape was not very adhesive, probably an older batch.

I was not able, for some unknown reason, to order online. My first two calls to order by phone were not returned. I called a third time to make the order.

Costumer service is great, responsive and professional at all times. My orders were processed and delivered quickly with clear lines of communication that helped me track and receive my orders. Telephone and email based communication were on point and made sure that I got my mats when I needed them. My only complaint is durability and over all quality. I use the Flex-roll system at my facility and have found the durability an issue. The mats just don't hold up well. They started to break down wear unevenly after only two years and even ripped in a few place. For the cost of these mats I would have expected a more durable mat surface and higher quality materials.

I purchased a custom sized 20' x 15' Flexi-Connect mat comprising of two 20' x 6' pieces and two additional 10' x 3' pieces on October 10th and it was delivered on November 29th. The mats were packed as one large roll. The mats themselves are good enough quality -- however, the fit and finish was quite poor. The vinyl covering the velcro flaps looked as if they were cut by hand using regular scissors without the use of a ruler or laser level -- which I found somewhat surprising and disappointing. Also, although the two main mats fit together like they were supposed to, one of the smaller mats was a few inches too long. It wasn't a big deal for me to cut it but I expected more for the price from a big time mat manufacturer like Dollamur. The off-gassing of the vinyl was also quite intense. So overall, the experience was about average.

The website could give better product details. We were told we would be getting 5 ft rolls of mat floor and they were 4ft. We were sent a defective roll and it took 6 weeks to get a replacement.
