DollamurReviews of dollamur.com

We ordered a $9000 mat for our studio. The mat came with paint lines that were crooked. Sent multiple pictures and emails and phone calls to the sales representative and there were no email responses after multiple followups. All it would have taken Dollamur to fix it was sending a can of paint or tape to match the lines. Very pathetic customer service.

Response time to questions very slow with only one contact person and no way to check on order status.

I was not happy with the miscommunication with the art department- my artwork ended up not being printed at all. To make it worse, a sideways dollamur logo was printed on my wall mat without my permission. I have a huge extra shipping cost from Miami to my location so returning the wall mats was impossible. I think you should ask your customers if they want YOUR LOGO on their own team's custom mats. Not doing so is dishonest and bad business practice. I am about to re-order flexi-roll mats for my academy and I do not want order again from your company.

during my recent purchase of dollamur flex roll mats, I had a real struggle with getting any sort of communication once I had placed the order. When I am trying to work to deadlines and install your product in to gyms and I cant get delivery dates or even an email confirmation the order has left your facility, makes it very hard to work with.

We have had our mats replaced once already under warranty within the first year. The mats themselves are wonderful, however now were having constant issues with the flexi roll system for our 2000sq ft of mats. We will be looking for alternative mats when we have to replace them this year as the tape just doesn't look good. (just passed 5 years of use).

We purchased the Mats for our dojo. They looked great when we put them down. They scuff very easily. No shoes allowed on the mats. We grapple a good deal and the uniforms actually scuff the mats, they look so old after just 6 months. I should have purchased from Century or AWMA, their mats are not smooth and I think the dimpling would hide much of the problems we are having

The mats are fantastic but there were issues with our order that took way too long to resolve. We ordered the mats in May and issues lingered until October. Lots of phone calls with poor customer service.

Quote did not match what was talked about on phone. Went with another retailer.
