Very poor customer service and a lack of communication after purchasing. I was left in the dark as to when my shipments would arrive and the carrier they hired was not very professional. It took days to get a reply and some emails were left unanswered. Both orders arrived damaged and when contacted they said there was nothing they could do. I wish that no one else has to go through what I did.

Hello, I was lied to by several people. I was told several time my mats were enroute. I waited. After a month, I called again and was tild my order was cancelled, but, had been placed again. No mats. I waited. Called again, was told another lie about shipping. Eventually, I just cancelled my order and money refunded. I still need mats.

At the beginning of this purchase the sales rep I dealt with was extremely good at communicating and worked to get us mats at a good price. Once the mats were delivered I discovered that none of the custom cuts that were on the mockup had been done to any of the mats. I notified our sales rep in early May that this was the case and he informed me that someone would be reaching out to about having them picked up and cut to the appropriate size. After a month of not hearing anything I reached back out again and got the same response. We are now over 5-6 weeks since the mats were dropped off and have heard nothing about the situation being solved. Have used Dollamur in the past multiple times, but after this not sure if we would do so again or recommend to anyone.

It’s terrible I have to give a bad review. The quality of the product is amazing, however the customer service and the execution of the product is terrible. We ordered a wrestling mate wrong colors were shipped to us, they send out another one and the lines were all messed up. Haven’t heard back from the company in a week . Very disappointed.

The whole experience was a nightmare and when the wall mats arrived they where covered in grease. There product was quality butt the sales representative and the process was less than desirable. Everything from double charging my credit card to price quotes given but not honored and complete lack of product knowledge to incorrect shipping and grease on the new receved product, what a nightmare!!!! Dosent seem to be any quality leadership no care for the overall customer experience!!! I should have gone with Fuji or Zebra as the quotes where comparable. Guess we will chalk it up to lesson learned!!! I have photos but dosen't give an option to upload here....

Mat quality is bad because color come off from mat. so my pants always is stained with mat color.

After submitting payment I have not received any communication back. The info on the delivery paperwork was wrong we waited around for a half day to find out it was not getting delivered. Sent email and tried to contact via phone and no success. Called shopping company and worked it out with them. Received the mat the next day and everything looked great except the logo. A white stripe was added around our logo and it’s not right. When the proof was sent this could not be seen because when you zoom in it’s pixily. Not happy with our hard earned $9500 purchase. I still have been contact by Dollamur or our sales rep. Defiantly will be doing something different on the next mat we order.
