DollamurReviews of dollamur.com

I love the mats I received from you! Students and parents are constantly giving me kudos. Shipping was excellent also.

The staff at Dollamur were very professional, responsive, and helpful. The only complaint was the design wasn't fully what we had asked for - However, staff presented us with options to be compensated.

Customer Service was helpful and worked through my order with me. We reviewed the proofs and made the order. I have two comments, it was not easily understood the different payment options. I ultimately went with the 50% at order and 50% when delivered, but there is no way to inspect the order prior to full payment. Secondly, installation instruction would be helpful, along with a recommendation of mounting product at the time of purchase.

After careful consideration, I chose to use the flexi-roll velcro mats as I wanted the ease and versatility to move them around when not needed in my garage. Upon ordering, I had specified a shipping date in advance, as I was going to be out of town. Unfortunately, they did not seem to be properly communicated to the shipper, which was calling me when I was on the other side of the country asking to deliver. Dollamur did resolve this and was able to have the shipment held until a returned. The mats themselves are light weight, and provide plenty of support. But I wasn't too impressed with the velcro edge, which didn't seem to line up quite right. This resulted in some weird overlaps, not to mention one of my mats seemed slightly larger than the others as well. There were also some paint discoloration at the edges too. These are smaller points for the picky, but the mats themselves perform great and do the job. Quality control could have been better here though.

Ordering was easy and pricing was great but the delivery company did not give me enough time to set up delivery. I had to scramble to set up a time which was not convenient for me. They only gave me 24 hours notice for delivery and I could not specify days I would be available.

Thanks you for your professionalism and prompt supply of great mats.

They delivered the mat in a timely matter but failed to notify me they were delivering the mat. Would have appreciated a call so I would have had the ability to arrange help in bringing the mat in.

Good Mat! Had to wait 2 hours to pick up our mat at the MSHSL state tournament. Also, we were under the impression that our mat would be one used at the tournament. Just a misunderstanding.
