The mats I bought are very good. I'm happy with them. They should be for the the price. I was unhappy with the shipping and condition. The mats had grease spots on them. I was able to clean the spots with some soap and water. They were packaged in flimsy cardboard which couldn't protect them from anything. The straps for the Mats were stuffed into the box in a nest (not rolled up or anything). Also the straps were the wrong size. They are too big and won't work for my mats.

I am pleased with the two mats. The velcro keeps them together. However, the two mats still move when I am working my heavy bag. Especially with kicks. Dollamur should provide something to keep the mats adhered to the ground. In my case, that surface is concrete.

The mats we ordered were not the size that was shipped to us - we are being expected to pay shipping to return and the shipping of the correct to be sent. We are happy with the customer service we have had thus far - but it's unfortunate that we are responsible for the $200+ in shipping of the return of their error.

Communication was good, and customer service was better than I anticipated, given the issues we had. We made a large order of Carpet bonded foam (40+ large rolls), and there were issues with the manufacturing of about 20% of the order. Thankfully some of the issues were near the end of roll, and they provided about an extra 2' of product at the end of the rolls, which helped a bit. Some of the 10% or so of the rolls that had problems that couldn't be cut off or placed in an inconspicuous area covered by mats were replaced at the manufacturers cost. I am grateful for that, but would have preferred no not have the headache to begin with.

Lots of confusion and no follow up.

Product was mostly good however some mats had some flaws, velcro not securely attached Follow up was not convenient Still waiting on the purchase of mat covers

Great product. It is working well. Shipping was delayed over two weeks due to an error on the Dollamur end of things. When we asked, they apologized but offered nothing for our troubles. Kind of frustrating, but I would probably order with them again due to their quality. Would be a 5 star review if not for this.

I think overall they did a better then average job, couple of concerns were they had a out side sales person who sent information to my customer which could have taken us out of the job. their inside people are not talking to their outside people
