Avoid this website! As soon as I landed on Doletics, I was instantly offered a free pair of leggings. Based on that promotion, I added three more pairs to my cart. However, when I got to the final checkout screen, the "free" item completely disappeared from the offer. This is a textbook bait-and-switch tactic designed to trick you into filling up your cart. Do not trust their promotional pop-ups or advertising.
To the Doletics Customer Support Team,
What you are not understanding is that the moment I landed on your website, an immediate pop-up scratch promotion appeared offering a free pair with a purchase.
Based on that offer, I added three additional pairs of leggings to my cart. However, when I proceeded to checkout and entered the promotional code I had been given, instead of receiving the advertised free pair, the code only provided a 10% discount.
At that point, I abandoned my cart and made my purchase from another company, one that actually honours the promotions it advertises.
From a customer's perspective, this felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise a free product to encourage customers to add more items to their cart, then fail to honour that offer at checkout. Whether intentional or not, it came across as misleading and, frankly, like a scam tactic.
Do better. Customers should be able to trust that the offers advertised in pop-ups on your website will actually be honoured.

If you had any questions or were unsure about the promotion, you were also welcome to contact us directly by email through our contact form. Our customer support team would have been happy to clarify which offer was currently active.
We’re sorry that the promotion caused confusion. We regularly offer promotions where customers can receive a free pair of leggings, including our 2+1 offer. These promotions are communicated by email and require an email address to access the applicable offer.
At the moment, however, a different promotion is active. The current pop-up provides a 10% discount when three items are added to the cart, and the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
For this reason, we do not fully understand why further items were added to the cart, as the promotion did not require this. The complete offer and final price are always displayed before an order is placed.
We strongly disagree that this constitutes a “bait-and-switch” tactic. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will review the presentation of our promotions to ensure that the distinction between the different offers is communicated as clearly as possible.

Product Quality is Poor. The size guide is not accurate and support says that the leggings are full length but they are not more like 7/8ths. You have to use the return link to file for a return, but then it tells you that you cannot ship it back without confirmation from the team. Whom are incompetent and tried telling me that I received the items for free and would not get a refund. Took 2 weeks to get a response as well. Do NOT buy from them
