Our U.S. return center is located in Kent, WA, and customers are free to choose their preferred tracked shipping method. For a more cost-effective return option, we generally recommend USPS. Hello Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the delay with your order. Unfortunately, one of the colors you selected was temporarily out of stock, and you should have been informed about this much earlier instead of having to contact our customer support team yourself. All colors are now back in stock. However, because your order had already been delayed, we canceled the order yesterday rather than keep you waiting any longer. A full refund has been issued and should be returned to your original payment method within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. For clarity regarding the shipping charge, our website states that shipping is $5.95 for orders under $50. That said, the lack of communication regarding the temporary stock issue was not the experience we want our customers to have, and we sincerely apologize for that.
