Dokan Inc.Reviews of dokan.co

Catherine helped me with doubts regarding the existing features and offered possible solutions to my needs.

Fantastic service - thanks! Catherine from the Dokan team was really helpful, friendly and took ownership of my question, with a great resolution. Thanks!

I had an incredible experience thanks to Catherine's outstanding service. From start to finish, she handled everything with the utmost professionalism and genuine kindness. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and my needs were met. Catherine's warm demeanor and attention to detail truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who cares so deeply about their work and clients. I left the experience feeling extremely satisfied and appreciative of her efforts.

catherine was a good support

I would like to say my support specialist Gausal stuck with my issue till it was solved and kept me in the loop with timely, detailed information. Instead of trying to explain the issue, I made a screen recording and he acknowledged "Thank you for the screen recording it helped me solve your issue" My no.1 support specialist.

Gausul Azam & Tanvir Hasan & Richard in the support team are so helpful one of the best things on a product is the after sale services which is good in dokan sometimes i don't get the needed support but most of the time they are helpful

great app, great plugin, great service. Nothing to complain about. Just perfect.

Richard was helpful in answering my questions! I think we will move forward with Dokan.
