Professional pre-sale support

My review is relating to online assistance I received from Richard about Dokan and Dokan Cloud. I had obscure questions about integrations and functionality that required a good understanding of the Dokan software. Richard was very helpful and showed patience and a willingness to help, which was great. He also provided clear answers to each of my questions.

Catherine was very quick to reply, and solved my little query.
