Hi Stephen, thank you for taking the time to voice your concern. We’re sorry that you’re not satisfied with your experience with us. We assure you that our trainers are dedicated professionals who strive to give each dog the attention and care they require. Your puppy did receive a solid foundation in the areas outlined in your review, as indicated by the videos and updates provided during this program, as well as our trainer's feedback. During the dropoff session at the end of the program, your puppy's progress was demonstrated to you and you were given guidance on how to continue her training at home. It's unfortunate that you chose to cut short this handover session when our trainer was providing you with valuable information to support your puppy's ongoing training. We take our client’s concerns very seriously, and want to help provide a solution that everyone is happy with. Our customer service team has already tried to reach out with no response in regards to discussing your unmet expectations and how to move forward with a resolution. Please reach out to our customer service if you would like to continue this conversation and discuss possible moves forward. We offer continued support from our trainers after every program, and we strongly recommend you take advantage of the followup session you have available to you with your trainer, which is included in your program. This session is crucial in the transition from training program to in-home behaviors, so please take some time to schedule a session with us to ensure your dog receives the attention and training that is needed. Communication is crucial to reaching resolutions, so please reach out so we can provide you and your pup with the best possible support and guidance.
