We cannot thank Njoud and Dogwise Academy enough for the incredible transformation they've helped achieve with our Giant Schnauzer puppy! When we first started training, our biggest challenges were constant jumping, attempting to mount everyone he met, and a complete lack of impulse control. We honestly wondered if we'd ever be able to calm him down enough to be around family and friends without constant supervision. Njoud was patient, knowledgeable, and gave us practical training techniques that actually worked. Thanks to her guidance, our puppy has made tremendous progress. His impulse control has improved dramatically, he's much more responsive to simple commands, and he's become a calmer, more well-mannered dog overall. The difference in his behavior has been night and day. One of the most meaningful improvements for our family is that he can now be around our son, who has autism, with a much calmer temperament. Having a dog that listens, settles down, and behaves appropriately has brought us so much peace of mind and confidence. Njoud genuinely cares about both the dogs and their families, and it shows in the results. Her expertise, encouragement, and dedication made all the difference for us. We recently used Dogwise Academy’s board and train program for our dog, Brownie, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! Brownie stayed with Njoud, who was absolutely wonderful. She clearly knows how to work with dogs and genuinely cares about their well-being. We noticed a real improvement in Brownie’s behavior when he returned home, which was exactly what we had hoped for. One thing that really stood out was the communication throughout his stay. We received lovely photos and helpful training videos that not only kept us updated on his progress but also showed us how to continue working with him at home. Having those videos to refer back to is such a valuable bonus! I also really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service, which made everything incredibly convenient. Leaving your dog with someone else isn't always easy, but I felt completely comfortable knowing Brownie was happy, safe, and receiving excellent care. We're very grateful to Njoud and Dogwise Academy for making this such a positive experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a board and train program!

Dogwise connected us with a wonderful trainer exactly when we needed her! The experience was excellent from start to finish. The Dogwise team was exceptionally friendly and professional, our trainer Jen was amazing and we have a healthy happy and WELL BEHAVED dog at the end of it all. I am so happy we found a Dogwise when we did! 10 out of 10!

I really did my research when seeking board and train for my two dogs. After whittling it down, I finally had to go with my gut (and previous reviews). I chose a 4-week program for my two dogs (age 4 & 2), who were assigned to Joseph. We did a call prior to pick-up and Joseph answered my questions and concerns - mostly of having my dogs in someone else's care for a month! When Joseph arrived, we let the dogs be dogs and he (Joseph) quickly realized the main training goals. I received daily updates, notifications and videos. Joseph encouraged my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him if/when I just needed to make sure the dogs were doing well. When Joseph returned my dogs, we spent time reviewing commands, cues and techniques so I could continue the training at home. He also reached out just to make sure both I and the dogs had what we needed to reinforce training as they do tend to test me (old habits die hard). Consistency is key! I was so comfortable with Joseph's training that I am taking them back for a 2-week refresher while on vacation. Selecting a board and train option was not easy but the value I received with DogWise Academy and Joseph paid for itself.

I used dogwise academy for my cane corso and our trainer was Cal and he was absolutely amazing I couldn't be happier. He sent us videos and updates the whole time he had our xena and the work that was put in to train her was great! Thank you so much Cal I would choose you any day you were great ! Looking forward to our follow up session. #ChooseCal you will not be disappointed! He did everything above and beyond and showed, he really cared about the progress of your dog.

We are amazed and thrilled with the improvement in Jennie's behavior. We were particularly excited that the trainers came to our environment to see the challenges we faced. The daily updates, many including video clips, were reassuring that our dog was in good hands, progressing on stated goals and being treated well. We are also eternally grateful the trainers helped us understand how to use the training tools they were recommending. It was definitely a leap of faith to entrust strangers with our dog, but it was a worthwhile decision. Thank YOU Diamond and Darryl!
