They truly were great to work with. The only reason I gave 4 Stars was because it took several weeks for them to get out to do the work.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Jordan came out and walked my property with me, gave me an honest quote, and was nothing but informative and friendly. I live on a busy road and was a little uneasy about letting the dog run free, but Jordan made me feel at ease as he walked me through the training. Communication could've been a little more prompt, which is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review, but other than that I was thoroughly impressed. I heard about Dogwatch through my parents who were very satisfied with the job that Jordan did and I would recommend him and Dogwatch to anybody that asks about an electric fence. Great experience!

My experience with DogWatch of Greater Kansas City offers a superior quality of dog fencing equipment. I like the battery long life and the vertical height as well as the standard perimeter area. The help and training me how to gradually train my Golden Retriever with the flags were excellent and detailed. My only negative was that with my scheduled appointments with Dave, he was usually late or I was rescheduled to a different time. My dog has escaped the fence on several occasions do to Deer and other dogs in the last three weeks though she has stayed contained even with the distractions thank you

The service was excellent. The problem is extremely stubborn dogs who, no matter how high the setting is on the collar, they will run through the flags take a shock and keep on going. Was hoping this would stop them from leaving the yard.

It was a good experience. Didn’t really train, just told me "how to" and said “read manual”. They also called me back and said they charged the wrong amount. But it’s a good product. Salesman who came out seemed more attentive, installers seem to just care about making money.

System works great. My only complaint is the control cabinet is falling off the outside wall to which it was attached Also, the cabinet door fell off, and I currently have it duct tapped shut.
