DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Knowledgeable, friendly and Incredible customer service!!!!!

Really work with me when my fence was cut by the cable company. Came out and made sure they fixed it twice.

Fast, professional installation. How everything works was explained well and an instructional CD was supplied. My Gizmo was trained within 1 week. He learned his limits and now respects his limits even without his DogWatch collar.

Love the freedom that Dogfence gives my dog. His collar warns him with a bleep that he's getting close to the forbidden exits and surrounding public footpaths. The man who installed it all made sure that our dog understood that he should not go near the flags posted all round the perimeter. Best thing we ever bought for our dogs safety.

we needed a safe solution for our border collie to play in our yard despite living on a busy street.Contacted DogWatch to install an invisible fence and happy with our decision. From the first phone call to teaching our dog her boundaries once the fence was put in customer service was impressive!

Great service! Would highly recommend Roy and Kim

DogWatch of Delaware Valley was highly recommend to me by a friend/neighbor who said, "We are very happy with our fence. It is highly effective and worth every penny." I called and spoke to Katrina who was exceptionally personable and helpful. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me and took time to clearly explain the product and answer all of my questions. Phil was equally as helpful and also very professional. He was through in his explanation about the installation of the fence and helpful in determining where to put the boundaries. He also provided an excellent training session. Our dog responded very well to the training, and has not once crossed the fence, since it was installed. We are very happy with the product and service we received from Phil and Katrina. They are super nice people and care about their customers and keeping dogs safe! Thank you Phil and Katrina!

Excellent customer service. They spent time working with us and our dog. She was off leash in her yard within a week. It is so wonderful to allow her the freedom to play outside without being on a leash!
