You have changed the way we can live .. providing a safe spot for our baby girls in both oh our homes Thanks so much Ann & Sylvester

DogWatch setup was quick, painless, and works fine. Very easy to train our dog with the system. Very responsive and friendly people!

I have had a Dog Watch Hidden Fence for over 13 years. It has given us the ability to let our dog run around about an acre of land and therefore not just confined to a leash for a walk. Also I had a pleasant surprise when our transmitter stopped working after 13 years and it was still under warranty.

This company is very responsive via all forms of communication. When they came to the house to describe the system, they were very thorough and patient with my questions. Once we decided to purchase a DogWatch Hidden Fence, they were able to fit the install into the schedule quickly and in a time frame that fit our busy schedules. The installer was very efficient and nice. They trainer was great. Our Great Pyrenees puppy was very hesitant at first and she had brought another dog which was a huge help in getting her to understand the boundaries. We have not had any issues with the fence. We were hesitant about this type of fence because of our large furry dog but she has taken to it very well and it has not been an issue at all.

Always efficient and fast service!

We had a fence for many years from another company, but DogWatch's new SmartFence blows the competition out of the water. Their radio/collar technology is superior and now they have web access to the system so we can see when the battery needs to be replaced, how active our dog has been for the day, and most importantly, if and when she is getting warnings and corrections as she learns the boundaries of the yard. James was great to work with and really knows his product and how it compares to others. He answered all our questions, showed us the best way to train our Rotti on the fence, and made himself very available if we needed to contact him... even during a holiday week. If you need a new hidden fence or want to upgrade your existing one to today's tech, these are the guys to call!

Best thing I ever did for my dogs! Amazing customer service
