I cannot praise this company enough. They are amazing. The staff are well trained and very helpful. We live on a main road and having lost three cats to traffic, finding Dogfence was a Godsend. Today a mouse chewed through the wire and Sam managed to get someone out to fix it within a few hours as she knew we were going away. I cant thank you enough Sam.

We had Dave install the hidden fence on 5 acres on Whidbey. I had research several options and even a self instal. Dave did the install and provided the materials for about the same price as me doing it myself. We have a male and female Great Pyrenees and they learned the boundary almost instantly. I never had to retrain them after Dave walked the perimeter with them. Unfortunately after having it for a couple of years the male has figured out that it stops shocking if he just keeps running... it does slow him down but if there is a deer or coyotes on the other side he will go through with a yelp as he gets shocked. We have fitted him with a Whistle Go collar as well so if he does go through I am notified and can track his location. The female has never left the property since being fitter with the collar. Dave has been very helpful and responsive both before and after the install and we recommend him with no reservation.

Our dogs have a large area to exercise safe and securely. The team was efficient and experienced at setting up the system and giving training to our dogs

Once the fence was in, Teresa walked us through a training session. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She showed us the correct way to train Jax. We had just a couple 10 minute follow up training sessions and we were good to go! It was so easy and not harmful to Jax at all. He got the hang of it so fast. We couldn’t believe it. We've had problems for ages trying to keep Peanut (cockapoo) within our large garden, I've spent £100's and time putting fencing up BUT she still found a way to get out!!! When Milly (labradoodle) arrived things got worse (she even jumped the five bar gate to follow the postlady). Frustratingly funny! Our dog trainer recommended Dogfence so we went ahead and had it installed (Ballion? was really great particularly because we have an odd shaped garden). The dogs are now well versed with our boundaries (we only had one problem early on when Milly went to visit next door's son, luckily he brought her back.

4 dogs in the country. Once Dogwatch came, we haven’t had one second of concern or worry our dogs would get out and lost. Dogwatch fenced in 2 acres for the dogs to run and play and I don’t have to give it a second thought. Bonus, our daughter has Dogwatch also, her pups’ collar works in our yard, so we get to pup sit quite a lot, he loves going from a small suburban yard to the open space here. Love DogWatch.
